    friendly clean comfortable family run hotel one of the best. Beds pillows comfortable.Breakfast makes the day.Close to everything.Restaurants close by.Located in a quiet location.i can highly recommend this hotel for your visit.

    We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and the stay was very good because it's very close to the oceanfront however when I tried to fill up water bottle I was told to buy from store, also the staff should know more English and more trained staff

    Be careful there. They will charge you extra money for their service if you ask them for help. Don't ask them. It's better to do everything by yourself. They charged me with 90lira for laundry and they said it's 30-35lira so I gave them 50 instead. They asked for 90 lira when i checked out and they said i didn't pay them anything. Just be too careful. The sheets where too bad even if i asked them to change them. Don't trust the photos provided. They even wanted tp cheat us and give us a bad room not the standard. I won't recommend it.

    Timeks hotel is an excellent value in a terrific location. It is very clean. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast, quite acceptable. The staff are accommodating of requests, having booked a couple taxis for us (the Bitaksi app is a good one, but its location services are sometimes not accurate due to the narrow streets and lots of stone to interfere with reception). I would highly recommend Timeks as a place to stay. You are just two minutes from the Hippodrome. Excellent restaurants are ~10 minutes walk (avoid the tout driven places along the tramway- the food is ok but you'll find MUCH better options down the hill from Hagia Sophia.)

    Timeks hotel is in the best tourist area of Istanbul with easy access to historic sites and public transport. The friendly and caring staff of this complex will provide you with a dreamy and peaceful stay.I hope to return to the beautiful city of Istanbul very soon and stay in this nice hotel.And I would like to Special thank Agents Mr. Necip and Ufuk at the Timeks Hotel because of good managing.
