    Very good location, near agya sophia and blue mosque. Very comfortable and clean, and Ali, the guy from the reception was kind and helpfull. I reccomend this place, like I said, it s near to the most important sites.

    I booked at another hotel but they overbooked and upgraded me to a suite at Anatolia. My tv didn't work initially but the very capable front desk guy made multiple trips until it was fixed. I don't see rooftop patio advertised so it really isn't their fault it isn't available. They gave good advice and were very friendly at the front reception. The location is great lots to see, do and eat within walking distance. Airport shuttle to the Asian side of Istanbul was about $10 pretty good deal considering how far it is.

    We travelled as a group and booked a number of rooms at this place.You will get what you will pay for.In season,can be pricy,but out of season it can quite a bargain.The rooms are relatively simple and straight forward,the facilities are rather rudimentary,but will do the job.If it's simplicity that you're after,it's the perfect place.We either ate out once a day,or used the fridge to store food which we cooked on electric grills brought in by ourselves.The location is perfect,as it is in the shadow of the Blue mosque.The historical landmarks are all within walking distance.Mohammed,the chap at reception is unbelievably helpful and makes the journey just that bit more enjoyable.He will be able to help will all your needs and help with any issues that you may have. An ideal place if you're after simple straightforward accommodation with a view to enjoy the old city and all its delights.

    We read the reviews and we were very surprised to find there was in fact no breakfast offered, no rooftop terrace as mentioned in another review, no balcony(s) at all. Perhaps more important the fridge in our room did not work, nor did the two TV's. The bath towels were thread bare. The bed sheets had been cut through in multiple locations. Best of all, half the lights in our unit had no light bulb. I asked the front desk every day for light bulbs with no success. I've visited Istanbul on several occasions and we love the city. That said, there a number of great hotels in Istanbul, Anatolia Suites is not one of them. I advise any traveler to stay clear.

    I am staying here at Anatolia Suites in Istanbul. So far, after a week in Italy, this has been my best night's sleep since arriving in Europe. The view from our private balcony is outstanding. The staff has been very kind and welcoming and the location is a short walk from most of the Old City's attractions, such as the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. For the price, this hotel is unbeatable! I would definitely stay here again. The shower had really good water pressure as well. Highly recommend!
