  Big hotel with mediocre facilities

  Titanic City is a large modern hotel near Taksim square in Istanbul and therefore very well located providing good access to major sightseeing locations and with good access to Public Transport to get farther afield. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast spread is excellent offering a very wide variety of options.Our rooms was massive and well appointed. However it was roasting hot and the air conditioning system didn't seem to help at all. The only way to get the room to cool down was to leave the balcony door open the whole time which is not ideal.The hotel offers a gym which is very small and with only a small number of different machines. The other spa facilities are also fine but rather limited with a very small swimming pool which you are only permitted to use with a swimming cap.   A top quality boutique hotel, close to Taksim & shops

  Stayed 4 nights for my hubby's birthday. The Hotel is lovely, top quality facilities and wonderful staff. Our room was super modern, lovely bedding, and well appointed. Even though I didn't mention the birthday, the following day after we returned from exploring we found a little chocolate cake waiting for us in our room. And the next day, a fruit bowl. Nice extra touches. It is 5 mins walk to Taksim square & Istiklal Caddesi - where there's tons of shops & restaurants. I can't praise this hotel enough!   Don't order alcohol at a meal without knowing the cost

  Best hotel shower I've ever had and it's not close. Go for this reason alone.Location is excellent. Rooms are comfortable. Ordered wine at dinner and they wouldn't accept payment and didnt' tell you how much but at checkout, you found that 1 glass of wine was $23. It's a total bait and switch and a big problem that many faced.   Great choice close to Taksim

  Warm welcome and very good facilities at the Titanic City. Breakfast was superb in quality and selection and the room service menu was reasonably priced and quite broad. The service was excellent at every turn, from the front desk to the coffee shop and the spa facilities. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was unrivaled and location very convenient.Lower marks only for some aspects of the infrastructure that are a bit in need of updates. Electrics in my room including lamp knobs and also more substantial items like aircon/fan system did not work properly - probably time to refresh the fixtures and check wiring? Room has no view at all. Spa was a bit similarly dated with lockers that no longer locked and a sauna that was hot one day but not the next.
