    The staff were very warm and ready to assist. Serdar Chef and Receptionist Berkay particularly went out of their way to assist. Will definitely return! Also their room service dinning has many options online ! Cost very reasonable for the area.     Nice hotel Friendly staff clean rooms great breakfast good location.     Best staff, specialy the night staff!

    We stayed 7 night, On the 3rd night me and my mother got food poisoning from kebab in the Bazar and the night staff ( the nicest ones) got us taxi to the hospital at 2 am and one of them came to collect us with his private car at 5am. The cleaning lady couldn't be nicer about it when she cleaned our room the next days, she was called Fatimah 3rd floor. Great Hotel, very grateful for their help and thank you. Just one thing, if an Indian family stays, please give them rooms far apart from each other on different floors!! they never ever keep in mind others might need rest and quiet on their holiday and should be respectful at 2 am.     Excellent hotel for a short stay in Istanbul

    Having read some of the reviews online, I was grateful we'd only be staying for one night and was ready to be disappointed with this hotel. I couldn't have been more wrong! The location was excellent, the cleanliness was amazing, the rooms were nicely furnished and quiet, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I throught it was a great value for money and I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Istanbul.
