    My husband and I spent 10 nights at the hotel in January, 2026. We agree the friendly and competent service at the TomTom Suites is the best we have ever experienced at any hotel. For example: although we did not warn the hotel in advance that we both follow a vegan diet, the chef Zeynep prepared inventive and delicious tofu and garbanzo bean dishes for us every day to supplement the many other dishes on the buffet table. The genial breakfast manager Fuat, assisted by the equally friendly Yusef, ensured our meals ran smoothly. At the reception desk gentlemen named Attila and Nural took care of every request with kind efficiency. The room attendants all did flawless jobs. I believe the hotel runs so well due to its lovely general manager, a woman named Seray. The location of the hotel is outstanding. Though situated in a lively neighborhood, the street that the hotel is on is blocked from through traffic; the surroundings are so quiet we could sleep with the window open. The rooms are very large and the beds extremely comfortable. All in all, I can't imagine ever staying in a different hotel while in Istanbul.

    I don’t know where to start here because I liked everything about this hotel - the art, the view, the sheets, the staff, the breakfast, the afternoon tea. It’s in a lovely area with lots of good restaurants at all prices and about 8 minutes walk to a main tram line. Our room was very stylish with a nice sitting and dressing area

    The suites at this boutique hotel are beautifully maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Nurol at reception and his colleagues for their outstanding service—assisting us with flight confirmations, arranging an airport taxi, handling room service, giving local directions, and patiently answering all our questions. We also appreciated that everyone we interacted with spoke English, which made our stay even more comfortable.The hotel’s location is excellent. It sits on the same street as the Italian Consulate General, meaning there’s no regular car traffic—making it peaceful and quiet at night—and the street is secured by a guard 24/7. From here, you can easily explore nearby neighborhoods: Istiklal Street, a lively pedestrian avenue with countless shops and restaurants, is just a 3–7 minute uphill walk. The artsy Cihangir district, full of boutique shops and cafés, is also close by, while a short walk downhill takes you to the waterfront area near Tophane Metro station. This provides easy access to major attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, the Spice Market, the Jewish Quarter, and the ferry terminal.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both its comfort and its unbeatable location.

    We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Tomtom, the various managers we met were unvaringly welcoming and made us feel right at home.Breakfast service on the rooftop offered a beautiful Bosphorus view, and an exceptional selection of local canapes, as well as our choice of freshly cooked eggs and sausages. The service at the breakfast restaurant was top notch, and the staff made us feel like well acquainted friends. There was really nothing more to ask for. Bravo!

    It’s an amazing hotel with the best staff ever, especially Atilla ⭐️ We really enjoyed our stay there and it was totally worth it. Their breakfast is very good, rooms are very clean, and most importantly, the staff is very welcoming and kind! ❤️
