    We have booked the hotel through the agency from August 15 to 22, 2025. The hotel itself is a quiet horror. Three-story building, very narrow spiral staircase without elevator. Grey shabby room. No air conditioning found. When they decided to open the windows, it was ridiculous that the whole street was littered with bars and music was screaming under the window until 2:00 a.m. We decided to leave the hotel immediately. Okay, the first night we were upset with what we saw, we were willing to pay for the room, but the other six nights we're certainly not ready to leave the money to the hotel. We'll sue the agency and this organization. To return at least 130,000 rubles Anna. Вам изначально не понравился сам исторический район Султанахмет.Вы ошиблись с районом об этом вы и сообщили нашему работнику на рецепции. И съехали в другой отель не в нашем районе. Вы сьехали в другой район. Лифта в отеле нет, так как это историческое здание и три этажа. В нем не может быть лифта.Кондиционера на стене вы не могли найти, так как отель после капитальной реконструкции. Отель полностью обновлен. В отеле встроенная система охлаждения . На стене в каждой комнате есть панель управления. Вы просто нажимаете пальцем кнопку и все работает. Сами выставляете температуру. Поэтому вы не могли увидеть висящих кондиционеров старого образца.Очень жаль, что за одну минуту у вас сложилось такое мнение. Еще вы приехали поздно ночью.     What a special property. The staff is fantastic, the rooms so we'll appointed, the breakfasts so delicious, and dinner like dining at a 5 star restaurant. The location is very centrally located and walking distance to many places Out of a 1-10 Tria is a 20!!!
