    Noisy hotel

    The hotel was clean, the pillows and mattress were very comfy.. However this is a very noisy hotel, the loud music from the bars and clubs which goes on until 04:30 is horrendous.. We were in our room with the door closed and we could still hear the bump bump of the bass.. Meal times were nothing to look forward to, the food was luke warm at best, the menu choice was almost the same every day, although we were half board we ate out every day

    My experience at the hotel was awful.There was false information which doesn’t describe that there is a running night club every night until early morning.We couldn’t sleep and relax until the night club was over and there is drunk people in the lift which you don’t want to come a cross when you have children with you.I do not recommend this place.

    I am just back from my 10 days trip in Istanbul. Hotel has a perfect location,just few steps from the busy Istiklal cd and Taksim,also perfect access for the public transport-Sishane 1 bus, Tunel metro or Taksim metro.Rooms are very clean,they do the service on every day and provided clean towels on every day.You can get all the tourist information from the reception,even they lend you the Istanbul card for the public transport for free.They even provide bottles with filtered water for free,so you dont need to buy any in the shop.Very huge breakfast selection is served on the rooftop restaurant with the terrace overlooking the Golden Horn and Sultanahmet. View is just simply magnificient!Strong wifi over all the hotel.Murat from the reception team is always very helpfull with any problem you have and is providing the perfect customer service.I am travelling to the Turkey couple times a year and this hotel is just perfect balance inbetween the price, location and provided service and very clean.

    First time in Istanbul.Stayed for 3 nights with friend.Location is really good, hotel staff helpful and friendly, place is clean,....... definitely if I have chance I will stay there again.4 stars from me.......

    Between 5-9.07.2021 I was in this hotel. Services are ok, breakfast is normal, the hotel has a rooftop terace which is ok. Not expensive, 5 steps from Independence Street. I was with a friend is room 411, than I asked another room, 402, so basically I had two rooms in the same time :) But at the reception they tried to help me in every situation. Tessekürler
