    I booked 2 rooms for the night of April 28th and got regular booking confirmation email.Once in Instabul at the hotel, I've been told that the hotel itself is CLOSED for maintenance and there was no way to stay over.I ask myself how is possible they did not inform the guests before arrival that hotel is closed for restructuring since a while.First time in my life I encounter such ridicoulos situation.

    Bad Hotel, let me book a stay for 5 days the night before, then messaging me on the same to check what time i arrive there. Only for me to arrive and be kicked out by the workers as the place is undergoing works. No one told us, spent £500 for nothing and lost it all. Did not want to give refund either.Absolutely poor behaviour, avoid booking with this hotel.

    our stay was good. the front desk staff were great. our room was quite large and the shower was excellent. however breakfast was a big let down, very very basic. wer will stay again, but will give breakfast a miss

    My Family & I were put into this hotel by Pegasus Airlines, Because our connecting flight was cancelled they needed to put all the passengers in one hotel, To keep it shirt it was AFWUL. They didnt speak any English. We asked for towels & toothbrushes multiple times (Also showed pictures of it) But they kept on saying that they would bring them in 5-10 minutes, Well guess what? They Never Came.Also it was very loud & Smelly.I advise you to go to a better and cheaper hotel.

    Stayed here for a week while getting teeth done , top hotel , the rooms were perfect the staff were wonderful & welcoming felt like home & the food was superb would defo come back here , 10 / 10 from me
