    Great hotel! 🏨 The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality products. 🍳🥐 The staff are kind, professional, and always helpful — they really make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

    Cleaning staff awesome. Restaurant good but pricey. Front desk staff not very helpful. They stand in front of door smoking really stinks. Desk staff got you 3 stars

    Everthing is nice except to the guys in the reception specifically those staff in the evening. They're very rude! Rudest receptionist and porter (that staff who wears blue uniform). I just had my surgery and asked for my complimentary water for the day because I didn't receive any, then he responded rudely to call the kitchen for water. I called the kitchen and they told me to call the reception again. I called the reception again very nicely. He went to my room with 2 bottles of water very angry, telling me to pay for my "complimentary water". I told him nobody gave me water at that day so I don't need to pay for it. He's telling me to press the callbell inside my room and the cleaning lady will come to give me water and tea. I said I pressed the button but I didn't get anything, and he told me "it's because it's off,." I pressed the weong button.Okay it's off but why do you need to start arguing with me just for 2 bottles of water? I am a very nice and calm lady but this one, I cannot tolerate. Plus I am trying to recover from my surgery. He spoke to despite of my calmness in a very very rude way. Is this how you treat a sick customer in your hotel, who chose to stay with you for 5 nights out of many many hotels in your city? This is very unaacceptable.

    My requirements for a hotel room are comfortable beds, clean, a bedside light and bathroom with a decent shower, good sized towels, powerful hairdrier and a bathmat. No problem here, premium bedding too. Water, teabags and coffee provided but why paper cups with sticks to stir? It was quite a big corner room with windows east and south although not much of a view in this commercial location.There are supermarkets, an ATM, several options for eating and a nice coffee shop within 5 minutes walk to the left. The hotel is well away from the tourist area but very conveniently located to the tram which goes to Sultanahmet and the waterfront, turn left out of the hotel, cross at the crossing and follow round to the "clock tower" behind which are steps down to the tram stop. There is nothing of interest to the right of the hotel.Hotel staff are professional but not so friendly. Breakfast is average but the music in the lounge and dining room is truly dreadful.

    Royal Treatment!!Best Hotel Staff!! Ayhan is the man !!!

    This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel !!! Ayhan is the best!!! He needs a raise, he gave me the royal treatment and made me feel really comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great as well I couldn’t ask for a better stay. When you stay here ask for Ayhan, he’s the best!!
