Location

The hotel is located in the historical Pera, Istanbul's shopping and entertainment centre. It is 5 minutes' walking distance from the historical Galata Tower, Saint Antoine-Saint Maria Draparis Church, the world's oldest metro and 10 min from Taksim Square. Links to public transport are within walking distance.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 66 non-smoking rooms located in two 8-storey buildings with lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels.

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Absolute disaster !

    This hotel is an absolute disaster! It does not have toothpaste and toothbrush, and they even dont even provide it for you!! The safe box was broken and they didn’t tend to repair or change it for us!! The manager’s behavior was awful! The breakfast area is not the one in the pictures, its actually a dark and tiny place in the labby!! They were greater hotels with the same price i have been to, such as Ferronia and Halich in the near nabourhood!!

    Honestly, the hotel building itself is old and the location is not the best.However, the absolute best thing about this hotel — and the reason we would come back — is the receptionist Hasnaa.Hasnaa was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and always smiling. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything, and we truly felt welcomed because of her. She has excellent customer service skills and a very warm personality — the kind of person who makes guests feel at home.She honestly deserves a higher position, even hotel manager, because she represents the hotel in the best possible way. Employees like her are rare.We are planning to come back next summer, and we would choose this hotel again because of Hasnaa. We visit Turkey every year, and from now on, this hotel will be our choice only because of her. We have seen nothing but kindness and professionalism from her.Thank you, Hasnaa, for making our stay so positive 🌟

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with easy access to public transport and Istiklal Street.The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tatar, who was professional, kind, and always willing to assist with a smile. He really made the stay more pleasant.Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.
