    The worst possible hotel I have ever stayed at. All about taking your money and absolutely no customer service and hospitality is zero. Please do not use this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday. I have been to Turkey 3 times and Istanbul twice. I have travelled alot. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. So many basic things went so wrong, and the hotel just don't care. The tour operator they use is no different, will take your money and no customer service.     Too much noise from the street. People was screaming from the street which woke us up several times. Bad isolated rooms. Arrogant staff. Bad service. Breakfast doesnt include water they charged me 25 TL

    A wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood for restaurant, bars and shopping...and views of the water!

    This hotel is small enough to offer very personal service. The rooftop suites are not expensive and offer balconies and view of the water. There are great restaurants and shopping just down the hill. A GREAT place to stay in this section of Istanbul

    I chose the option to pay at the property but they tried to charge me before arrival with full amount and extra charge . When I informed them of this issue they said it's standard credit card checking procedure . Very Shady!

    I have recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, besides it’s good location which is at the heart of Besiktas district there are not much pleasant features regarding this hotel. Firstly, the building is getting old and requires immediate renovations. The bathroom is a complete nightmare in which you hardly get to wash your face because the sink tub was becoming like an ocean within just a few drops, moreover, the bathroom was filthy. All the garbage cans were broken, the worst part was the smell, each time we headed back to the hotel we had to open the windows for hours to get rid of the unpleasant odors. Lastly, they asked to charge me for coffee drinks which i did not consume! It felt like a complete mess and it’s not worth the overrated price at all. If you are about to stay at Besiktas then you should definitely look for different options.
