The hotel has 67 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We stay in this amazing hotel .. has I Amazing shisha lounge 3 in total .. out side and inside .. view is amazing food is good and the staff are very helpful . Must see place .Also the sauna and steam rooms very relaxing It's got a fun park for the kid .. and also a fun photo booth with lots of Turkish history..

    Our second time there. First Tim our room small but this time it was fine. View is brilliant.room comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food good although breakfast not really to my liking. Location is excellent but car access is difficult. Many cats but very well behaved.

    Whatever I write about my experience in this hotel it won’t be enough.My stay was amazing. Starting from our arrival, the staff was very friendly and the luggage man helped to find our room.This hotel is like a kind of a compound where there is a big garden you can have a walk, there is a photography studio where you can have ottoman dress pictures, there is a restaurant and a coffeeshop with an extraordinary view.Not to forget the Turkish bath where the place is very luxurious, spacious, clean and well designed. The lady is very professional and helpful.Around the hotel, you can have a walk to check the area especially with the beautiful weather in the evening.Definitely I will come back to this hotel in my next trip to Turkey.

    The best Turkish Bath experience. Ask for ALI . Reservations +905330260230 they close the bath for private reservations for couples or females. Very reasonable best massage. After Turkish Bath they give you another’s money massage with Turkish coffee. The aromatherapy oil massage melts your stress away. Bring your shampoos and conditioners. Ayse is the female Turkish Masage therapist amazing energy. Does not speak English but who needs to talk during an amazing massage anyways. After your treatments you can enjoy the unique view of historical Pier Loti.

    Hotel was good, food was great and it was local to everything we wanted to see...near shops, a short bus ride into istanbul shops and amazing mosques.Steeped in history - loved the place will want to go back soon. Not touristy - very much a place for locals.
