    Worst food selection and rude staff

    Was placed here by Turkish Airlines due to flight overbooked. Massive conference hotel, however only a handful of guest staying. Only one restaurant available with the poorest selection of food I’ve experienced in the whole of Turkey. Starter consists of soup and some salads. Only 1 main course (sweet & sour chicken) and rice. Sweet was only a choice of an apple or a peach. Staff in restaurant were abrupt and rude, this was maybe down to Turkish Airlines due paying and they didn’t care!I’ve no idea how this hotel can imagine to be 5 stars!

    I stayed here courtesy of Turkish airlines during a connection. I've stayed at hotels around the world and this was a very good one. Ignore all the complainers in this venue and nit-picking winers. What do you want for free? Go out and spend $175 of your own money on a comparable hotel if you don't like it!

    Stayed here for an exhibition next door. This hotel is ideally located and you needn’t go outside to walk to the events. It’s a fair drive from the main airport (45 minutes).After a colleague booked, I read some reviews and was a little concerned - I shouldn’t have been. The staff were courteous and even joked in a playful manner. The service was fantastic. The bedrooms clean and well maintained. Special note of the comfortable bed and luxurious bed linen. The only think that let the hotel down was the breakfast, but please note I am from the UK and quite particular with my requirements (I.e. salads, olives, cheese etc is for lunch)

    Most probably end up here if Turkish Airlines mess up your connecting flights. 45 mins from the airport and 45 mins from Constantinople (aka Istanbul). Ok rooms, food mediocre, ok staff. Nothing special, in the middle of nowhere. McDonalds 10 min walk down the road, turn left out of the hotel.
