  Rooms were beat up and less than clean. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like your pictures online. Linens were stained. Shower ceilings were either covered in mold or had a hole in it. Staff was unhelpful in resolving the situation and the entire experience was bad. If there was an option lower than zero for these questions that is what I would have selected. This motel needs some serious work.   The staff was fantastic. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room had a small fridge and microwave but no coffee machine. The pool was tiny. The air conditioner was noisy. The hallways were quiet. Plenty of parking. Great location, right off the highway.   Excellently located near pretty much everything. Gas station, freeways, downtown Encinitas, Coaster/Bus station, beaches, restaurants, and mini-malls. Kept car usage to minimum, mostly walking, so kept gas prices from being an issue.

  Hotel is nothing like its pictures. I got a bloody face rag & had to kill 6 cockroaches to get a 1 day refund. Mold everywhere. Not to mention my wife and I found bed bug bites all over the both of us after we left. They’re avoiding us now.   Mold! I wouldn’t stay there.

  Hotel needs a remodel big time! Mold on ceiling and bathroom. The front desk guy was the best thing about my stay. He was friendly and had great suggestions in restaurants. I did report anything because it was late and I need to sleep and fly out early.
