  Perfect location for visiting the National Park, well appointed room and quiet

  Our room was next to reception and greeted with 2 bottles of water. We were staying 1 night for 1.5 days in the park (arrived PM) and they confirmed we could park the next day without charge which was nice. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the park entrance which is super convenient. The hotel does face onto the road and there is steady traffic, but it wasn’t noisy and it didn’t bother us. There is a stream behind the hotel which adds to the setting (plus two swimming pools, outside fire pits and BBQ areas which were nice touches). We didn’t eat in the hotel but the selection seemed good, and there was a good coffee station in reception. Staff very helpful. Room was well appointed and the shower was hot. I would definitely go back and stay there again. Good value too.

  Top notch customer service and hotel!

  Beautiful hotel and top notch service! We had a pool view room, was able to park right in front of our room. Although it was right by the road, we heard nothing! Saw hummingbirds in the morning from our balcony. Did not sit by the river, but they have fire pits, chairs and even provide the wood to use!Oh, and location??? Does not get any better than that! Walking distance to the visiting center and shuttles into the parkComfy beds, robes and slippers

  Great hospitality with an incredible view!!

  Had a really great experience staying here. Accommodations were really nice including the convenience of having a kitchenette and large island to prep and enjoy meals before and post hike.The concierge/guest services manager for our stay, Carlos, was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful and helped make our anniversary an extra special one.Thank you to Carlos and the Cliffrose team!

  We stayed at Cliffrose during spring break this year and had a great experience! It is truly the perfect location if you are visiting Zion. We were only steps from the entrance. A winter storm in the Midwest canceled multiple flights of ours, so we were 1.5 days late arriving. The staff was very understanding and gave us a refund on the night we didn’t end up staying with them, which they did not have to do. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. We had an amazing view off our deck and were right by the small pool and hottub. I think the large pool was under construction but my kids didn’t really notice. We only ate at the restaurant once for breakfast (there are so many great restaurants around to try!), but it was delicious- the kids loved the crepes. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

  Disappointing stay with multiple room issues and unexpected charges

  I would not stay at this hotel again. On the first night, our room’s bathroom was dirty and there were bugs in the bed. We went to the front desk to request another room, but the second room we were given still had other guests’ belongings in it, so we had to be moved a third time. This was very surprising given the hotel’s price point. We were also charged incorrectly at check-in, and at checkout there was an unexpected $77 added to our bill that had not been disclosed beforehand. This was frustrating and added to an already disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying on the bottom floor, as the noise from the room above was extremely loud and easy to hear. Overall, the rooms are not worth the price. You are primarily paying for the location and view, not the quality, cleanliness, or overall experience.
