Location

The hotel is located the heart of the old city of Sultanahmet in Istanbul, within walking distance of the Topkapi Palace Museum and monuments such as the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There are restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance of the hotel and numerous bars and discos on nearby Taksim Square, which can be easily reached on public transport. A tourist office and city park are also nearby.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 26 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Hotel Uyan is in a great location! Close to everything and easy access to things/places you might want to set that are a little further away. Clean basic rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast! Everyone working here is wonderful and Ismael offered advice/expertise on what to do and where to go.     Cheap experience

    One person on the staff spoke English, breakfasts weren't very good. And they don't even serve a Turkish Coffee. One day I tried to rest during the day, just to find out that they were started to renovate the room next to mine and were drilling all day. Very cheap hotel, minimal service and no views.

    I am a solo female traveler. I love this hotel. I felt completely safe. The property is well cared for and well decorated. The staff is incredibly helpful. They will order and deliver your dinner, help arrange tours, give guidance on where to shop, arrange transportation, and see to many other details. I love that they have an elevator.     My mother & me have been here for 14 nights, hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing in old town of istanbul.you will be in heart of Old istanbul(sultanahmet Square).It's near the public transports (tram,ship).Staffs were helpful and kind.Hotel's room was clean and breakfast serves in rooftop restaurant.     Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff has been most helpful. Room was massive and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Very close to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Arasta Bazaar and can be walking distance to Topkapi Palace. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Very safe area.
