    Beautiful architecture

    The hotel has a beautiful architectural design and a very calming atmosphere. It’s surrounded by nature, with plenty of trees, which makes the environment peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, and the food was absolutely delicious throughout our stay.

    3-star hotel, so you can't wait long. A hotel with a tremendous potential to be excellent, but is well finished, not to say almost abandoned. The name matches the location, in the middle of nature. The view is beautiful, many coconut trees, the way to the sea is beautiful, the beach is wonderful, even having to cross a small arm of sea. The pool is very good, we took advantage of it well, but the floor around it is slippery, so needs a renovation. The rooms are large, but the doors present problems (have old locks), the ventilation of the bathrooms is strange and you hear the noises of shower and discharge from the outside. The air conditioner freezes well, but it's old and noisy. The breakfast is good. The à la carte dishes are good (serving well) and the price is similar to other places we ate in the region.     The worst hotel I've ever been to

    I don’t know where to start my story, it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with travel and hotels, although I knew I wasn’t going to a luxury hotel, I expected the minimum conditions of hygiene and respect for the tourist. I was discriminated against and threatened by the hotel manager, who did not give her name, she wanted to kick me out of the hotel because I went to complain about the state of the hotel and because the bathroom had slipped when flushing with all the matter, I do not upload photos because it is very unpleasant , and this lady very dismissively discriminates against me for suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and having difficulty climbing stairs.Below I leave the photos of the state of the rooms, also comment the hotel offers half board, the food was always served cold, despite having heaters in the trays the food was cold, unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about the stay in this hotel that was from January 10 to 17, 2025 Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.com.ar.     A place to rest, lots of nature, rustic facilities but very well preserved and maintained. Excellent pool, spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, employee care, breakfast and dinner. The latter very varied, recommendation to hire with half board. The hotel has access to the beach in an area that is a nature reserve, beautiful. There is a bar in the pool and on the beach, which also has sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach of the hotel is just halfway to the most natural and lonely beaches of Maceio. If you want to go to areas with more tourists, music and bars you can walk along the coast half an hour enjoying the scenery and the sea.I recommend the place for those who wish to rest and have a very good economic but excellent service.     The hotel has old facilities, sheets and stained towels. Noisy air conditioning, uncomfortable beds. We ordered lunch and asked how many people the dish was served and we received the information that by 3, when it arrived it seemed more like a snack than anything else despite the high value. We were ironed by the staff. We tried to talk to the manager twice that she did not answer us, the only way to report what happened was via Instagram, where we were blocked once viewed.
