Warning … terrible Hotel. They stole alot of things . 1 new Dior perfume, hugo boss watch,.two piece of expensive hair oil. Cream, even they stole lipstick, never ever seen like this hotel ever in my life. We went to reception. He told us to see and check the camera. Then we went back and ask if he find. He told us no. Nothing. We argue bit because we can’t believe that. Then we check the hotel review, and see a lot of guests similar . So be aware all of hotel staff are thief’s. It’s not safe. For me it’s worst hotel

⚠️ WARNING – DO NOT STAY HERE!This hotel is extremely dangerous!My money was stolen from my room, and when I complained, I found another guest who had his Rolex watch stolen, and yet another who had money stolen from the in-room safe!Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices — it’s a trap to bring you in so they can steal your belongings once you're here.The hotel is very scary, and if you complain, you may be threatened or even physically assaulted.Please stay away for your own safety. I’m sharing this so no one else goes through the same terrible experience.

One or two staff members were nice however some were not - the older serving staff members were respectful and you could tell that they knew what was going on - however there were two younger staff members who were quite unprofessional and had no clue of the operations in the hotel. We would ask one staff member for something and they said they didn’t have it, but another staff member said they did. It was very confusing to understand whether these staff members had the simplest of things because they all contradicted each other. Moving on, our WiFi didn’t work as good as it should have been working - WiFi is an easy fix and I think that having WiFi that works is very important, it’s how we all communicate. The second thing is the bathroom - there was limescale build up on the toilet seats which is seriously unhygenic and should be cleaned as soon as possible - these sorts of issues are things that should be dealt with but the hotel decided to allow it to build up. The edge of the door was also badly damaged and there was a bit of rust growing on the standing radiator - these things do need proper tending to as it made us all not want to use the bathroom as much as we should have because of how dirty it was. Despite all of this, shower itself was nice and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was even worse than bad - there was bread in a plastic box that you would have to get yourself, with things like cheese, tomato and cucumbers on the side. Honestly, I don’t think they were feeding humans but animals instead because there’s no way anyone could have found such stale and simple food appetising. There was an accident in our bathroom where a friend fell due to how wet the floor would get and when asking if they had ice/first aid they dismissed us very quickly saying they are busy and to go outside and get it from somewhere else. What hotel does not have basic first aid? I feel like these things should be reviewed immediately and be dealt with to make the experience for pleasant for customers. As I mentioned, some staff members were very nice and punctual (for example, we arranged for a taxi with the hotel and we got given a very good service) and so the state of the hotel didn’t reflect that.

Excellent location, walking distance to many places. Only 15 min taxi ride to moon beach. Clean, comfortable and spacious room, staff friendly and helpful especially Murad. Maid service really sweet and pleasant. Everything you could need for a holiday base when exploring.
