    Excelent! Everything was great and huge Hotel,room,mall and Vialand were all huge. Our kids love it! Next to shopping mall and vialand! Love it!

    Massive rooms

    Vialand palace hotel is an excellent hotel with massive guest rooms. I've never stayed at a hotel with such large rooms. The hotel is attached to a theme part as well as a shopping mall and outdoor boardwalk of restaurants, making your stay very convenient. The shopping mall has pretty much everything you could need, from grocery store, to electronics stores, to multiple indoor play areas for kids. The food court in the mall gives you a lot of variety to choose from and in addition there are a lot of outdoor restaurants to choose from. If you're in the mood for shopping, there are plenty of shops in the mall and outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist stops, but we didn't have any issues getting a taxi or uber to/from the hotel

    Pleasant stopover at Vialand Palace Hotel

    I recently stayed at Vialand Palace Hotel in Istanbul as part of the Turkish Airlines complimentary stopover offer and had a positive experience. Despite some mixed reviews here, I found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay. The building itself is charming, and the rooms were clean and spacious.The service at the hotel was decent, though there is room for improvement. The front desk staff, particularly Gülşen and Ergan, were quite helpful. Thanks to the staff for their efforts.Tip: I arranged an airport pickup through the hotel, which cost USD 60 for a one-way transfer (cash payment only). While the service was convenient, next time I would take an Uber/taxi which is easy from the airport and more affordable.

    Despite the fact that this hotel is located far away from the city center as well as from main touristic attractions, it should be said that the hotel is wonderful. Truly spacious rooms, late night room service, good breakfast, alternative foodcourt in the mall (which is located in the same building).I would like to thank Ms. Ilayda on reception, who brilliantly solved the question on voucher for free accommodation from Turkish Airlines (as a part of StopOver campaign). It was late Saturday evening when I arrived. However, Ms. Ilayda did all her best to handle the issue. Many thanks for her superb service!Also, I would like to thank Mr. Ali, who is the best bell boy of the hotel.I suppose this hotel must be a good choice for families, since the Vialand theme park is just around the corner.

    The hotel room was really spacious and nice, but the services are not as good as should be and the staff is not very friendly Breakfast is the worst, very repetitive throughout our 2 weeks stay (for my husband business) the food is not good at all, also our friends checked out moments before us they charged them for things from the mini bar that they haven’t touched at all!We asked them to call us a taxi and they refused , saying it’s the weekend and wont be able to find us any! (We easily got one by ourselves after)!Overall experience was not good and we will not be returning to the VIALAND PALACE HOTEL again
