    worst hotel in istanbul. not a spa hotel

    we stayed at this victory Hotel and spa for 6 days. itwas my worst stay in istanbul. it days it 4 star but i think it was 1 star hotel. our room was smelly. it smelt of damb and rotten eggs from the bathroom. even complained just once something was thrown in the shower. breakfast was average. we had breakfast out most of the time because there was nothing tasty on the menu. the staff was very rude. we asked for a bottle of water second day and was told only water was given first day. we were not allowed to use the hammam because it was booked for others from outside. but the the reason webooked this hotel because of the spa. Don't waste your money on this hotel .

    INCREDIBLE HAMMAM BY NEPALI THERAPISTS HIDDEN GEMS IN ISTANBUL 🫶

    We were celebrating our special wedding anniversary and booked a Hammam at the Victory Hotel. What can I can I say what a wonderful experience!! The 2 Nepali ladies were beyond reviewable.... absolutely awesome massage, facial & Hammam. The whole treatment was unbelievable and incredibly amazing 👏. The only drawback is the 2x spa reception guys who were too fast for us to pay in advance when we hadn't had a treatment and had already paid half the deposit. Also after the treatments they didn't allow us to use the Pool or the Gym.... said it was only for residents. The changing room had good locker service but only the male changing room was in use so everyone had to wait to change. If they could be even more hospitable we would've gone 1 more time before we leave Turkey.

    I had a lovely time at the Hamman. I recommend therapist Damanda. Especially enjoyed the scrub and exfoliation. My skin felt so clean and soft after.

    They did a very wonderful job, the ladies who did my message and the a bath were very thorough with the experiences. Only paid for a 75min but stayed nearly 2 hours. And provided tea after, very wonderful experience.

    The experience was in a hotel and not in a proper hammam. The premises were average and not exactly what was shown in the pictures.
