    Honestly this was the best hotel! I travelled alone for a procedure and they could not have looked after me any better. Exceptional care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

    All facade and zero common sense - A 1-star experience

    Found blood / biological material on two chairs and the bedding.Avoid this hotel. They claim to be 4-star, but they don't understand the basics of hospitality, hygiene, or simple design.First, the room was dirty with old blood / biological material on two chairs and the bedding. The management is extremely defensive and rude; they start your stay by threatening you with extra charges for stains, yet they fail to provide a clean room themselves.Second, the hotel is completely "over-processed" with procedures that create zero value for the customer. There are so many unnecessary steps and staff members doing things that don't matter, yet they can't manage the basics. For example, they have no understanding of atmosphere; a service door in the dining area was squeaking loudly and constantly without anyone "catching" it, and they can't even manage a simple task like cooking a proper soft-boiled egg.Regarding the "Do Not Disturb" panels, they glow so brightly at night that I had to cover the electronics with my socks just to be able to sleep in the dark.The only exception was the two Philippine cleaning guys – they were the only ones who were polite and actually provided service. The rest of the management is just "papier-mâché" – all show and no substance. Find somewhere else to stay.

    Terrible , cheat hotel , they forced us to pay for the device that heat water in the room and make tea , because is dirty inside and cannot get cleaned , we just put water there to get hot and put in the glass , this is first time ever i experience this kind of cheating . We paid €30 in damages because the tea warmer was dirty after we made tea. dont ever go there , food is terible and very high price ,

    Vitel hotel is part of a chain of 3 hotels in the same district - “Medical District” in European part of Istanbul. Friendly staff with the flair of service. Most people staying at the hotel is having medical treatment in the area, which means medical operations with bandages is common everywhere in the hotel. Rooms are large and good maintained. Negative part is that people are aloud smoking in the restaurant with a very strong smell.

    Eylul Marina And Onur very happy with service and happy with my stay will be back in a few days. The room is really nice and breakfast was really good.. The staff are really friendly. The room service was good food is really nice no complaints. Would defiantly stay here again. Cleaning staff are friendly also.
