Location

Located in the historical district of Sultanahmet, this hotel really does enjoy an enviable position within 100 m of the Hagia Sophia and even closer to the Underground Cisterns. Shops, cafés, bars and restaurants are close by and a tram stop is within 200 m of the hotel. Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque are also nearby. Ataturk Airport is about 18 km away and Sabiha Gokcen Airport is about 45 km from the establishment.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2019. The hotel has 78 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a page service are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.

    Perfect hotel for a short break. The hotel arranged the pick up from the hotel. Check in was nice and quick. We did prior to arriving request an upper level bedroom however on arrival reception advised they received no such request where we then had to produce evidence of the email and prove we had made a booking for this however due to the hotel being fully booked there was little that could be done. Location is ideal! Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque, the grand bazaar & Topkapi palace are within walking distance of hotel. Would most definitely stay again. The tram is minutes from the hotel which makes getting around Istanbul very easy although the trams can be very very busy depending on the time.

    I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and I can truly say the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially M. Sheraz and M.Hassan. While eating breakfast, both Sheraz and Hassan would check to see if we were enjoying ourselves multiple times. They kept the table clean and made sure to get us anything we required. Along with being catered by such wonderful people, the room was a delight to stay in and regularly cleaned. I would recommend this hotel to others.

    From the moment we arrived to waving goodbye, the staff were so kind and helpful; you never felt anything was too much trouble. The location in the historic centre is excellent; the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are just a short walk. The rooms were very comfortable, food lovely and whole stay amazingly atmospheric.

    From the moment we walked in to this hotel we were treated with such kindness and helpfulness! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the artwork and uniqueness of this hotel makes it a must stay in Istanbul! It was clean, comfortable and cozy!!The staff is so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is excellent!Aziz made sure we enjoyed our stay. We truly appreciated his kindness. I can honestly say, I have never had such exceptional service from any other hotel!The location is perfect, a short walk from all the historic landmarks and Grand Bazar.If you are ever in Istanbul, this is a fantastic hotel!

    This is a top notch facility with a great service team. I want to personally thank Muhammet Onur and his team for making me feel so welcomed in Istanbul. Of course cafe americano helps and for those of you that don't know there is only one team in this city worth discussing over a cup of joe..... Galatasaray cimbom bom!
