    Loved our stay. We visited in December 2025, for my wife to have surgery. Hotel is in a great location and has a great atmosphere. The reception staff were fantastic right the way through our stay. Very helpful and helped us book trips and taxis.Rooms were great. loads of space with a nice atmosphere. Large bathroom with a high pressure shower. Beds were comfortable and equipment in the room was spot on.We had a regional Volleyball game on at the back of the hotel on the Thursday evening, great to see the hotel busy, a little noisey, but didnt bother us.Food was supurb, we used room service a umber of times and really enjoyed the food.Only thing i would say, is there are no alcohol sales in the hotel. Not a massive issue, but after travelling for 12 hours I could have done with a beer with my meal before bed, but this is only a minor thng.Huge thank you to reception, really friendly and chatty and sorted out trips for us and organised our taxi for usDefinatly recommend, to other travellers

    If You Like to Sleep, This Hotel Is Not for YouIf you value a good night’s sleep, this is not the hotel for you. When we first checked in, we were given a room that had not been remodeled — it had a nasty stain on the carpet and old, outdated furniture. Thankfully, on the second night my wife was able to get us moved to one of the remodeled rooms, which was a big improvement. Those rooms have wood floors and nicer, newer furniture.Unfortunately, the improvements stop there. The biggest problem with this hotel is that you simply can’t get a good night’s sleep. First, the air conditioning isn’t available year-round, despite what’s advertised. We stayed in October when it was still quite warm outside, but the hotel had already switched to the heating system for the season. That meant no AC, and our room was uncomfortably hot all night.Then there’s the noise. I had read in another review that roosters start crowing in the middle of the night — and it’s true! Combine that with the constant road noise, and sleep is nearly impossible. Between the heat and the noise, we couldn’t wait to check out.On the positive side, the staff and cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. But the location isn’t great — there’s nothing nearby within walking distance — and the noise really ruins the experience. The sign says four stars, but I’d honestly give it three, and that’s being generous.

    STOP…. Do not come here under any circumstances. There is no pool, never has been a working pool according to the staff, (staff pointed towards the ocean when we asked for the pool). No night life, no sign of life, plenty of noise from the nearby mosque!!! Food is overpriced and awful. Godawful place and we are looking for another hotel to cut our loses. And try and enjoy the city. You can choose to ignore this review but dont say you were not warned. Of you want a hostel then this will do you .

    Mocking, Threatening, and Unprofessional Reception Experience

    I brought my friend, who came for medical tourism and had just undergone surgery, to the hotel to give moral support. We arrived together by transfer, and the reception knew about us. When I returned and asked for elevator card help, the female receptionist shouted mockingly and loudly “Are you a masseuse?” and became even more aggressive when I objected. The male staff member stood in front of me like a guard, blocking my way, walking toward me and applying physical intimidation, demanding my ID in a threatening tone. When I asked to speak to the manager, he mocked me saying “He won’t be here until tomorrow.” Instead of helping, they provoked me and forced my post-surgery friend to come downstairs. They treated me badly, humiliated me, and showed a rude and threatening attitude with nothing to do with real hospitality. This rudeness is absolutely unacceptable. It is shameful.

    By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in people smoking in rooms corridors full with smoke food is awful undercooked rubbish aircon not working in rooms staff don’t want to know staff asleep in reception area in the night time literally couldn’t have asked for a worse stay
