  A Really Nice Hotel

  Liked · 1. Exceptional service , although there are lots of stairs and there is no elevator , the staffs would help you carry the luggage up to your room. The staff would also help you with your travel and answer any types of questions regarding to turkey. There is a time I almost got overcharged by a taxi and a hotel staff helped me to negotiate and got a fair price.2. Television , a good television.3. The scenery is wonderful , we are facing the sea and the scenery gorgeous.4. Location , it takes 10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque5. The cat is adorableDisliked · 1. Location too, it takes long time for a large taxi to navigate through narrow alleys in order to locate the hotel.2. No breakfast3. Too many stairs , it is kind of inconvenient if no one helps you carrying the luggage

  its perfect cozy hotel close to all what you want from sultahmet. view on the sea and all staff was perfect and always ready to help with any what you need!   A nice little hotel with super cooperative staff!

  Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in December 2017. The queen size room was really spacious with an extra soft bed for a good night's sleep. The staff, Ayca and company, were really nice and went out of their way to help us in any way possible. The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and regular shuttle service is available from 10AM to 5PM from the hotel to Sultanahmet and the nearby metro station. The best thing has to be a WiFI hotspot that you can carry on with you. We frequently used it for finding our way around the city and was a great aid for us.There are several places to eat at in the vicinity of the hotel with multiple eating options.   This hotel has the best of everything starting with service by the stuff, cleanliness of the room, shuttle to the main tourist attraction drop off and pickup at your request. If you need help in navigating Istanbul they have a phone which comes with wifi, map and constant communication with reception at the tip of your fingers. This place helped us learn and get around very efficiently.   Amazing stay

  Our stay in istanbul started with us arriving in the hotel and been welcomed by the super nice staff, as entering my room i was surprised that they arranged some nice honeymoon presents as i told the hotel that my visit was a honeymoon trip with my wife. We were just two weeks married and our first stop was istanbul and this amazing hotel. The room was amazing , i had room nmr301 and this room was nice always clean my compliments to their housekeeping they kept everthing clean till the details and my special thanks to the lovely lady at the desk and all the other staff. Always helpfull and service was top as their recommendation were awesome. Also they give you a phone samsung one to use for guide or internet for your whole stay outside the hotel amd that was pretty awesome. Thats called service from another level. Istanbul was great but the hotel and their staff made it wonderful and unforgettable!
