    Stay Away!!!

    The room was a cage! SOS: No windows, no balconies! The photos are fake! In my room there was only 1 window, and it was facing a wall! That wall was the air shaft! In the morning there wasn’t a trace of natural light, and we had to turn on the electric light just to see! Of course, there wasn’t a window in the bathroom either!Also, the shower was UNACCEPTABLE! It was made with glossy tiles and was extremely slippery! You had to wear plastic slippers, otherwise you would definitely have an accident!The bed had a good mattress, but the frame was like a feather! Every time one of us moved, the other one would wake up because the bed shook so much! I couldn’t sleep for two nights because of this!On top of that, the cleanliness was average to poor! The cleaning lady was polite, though.Finally, the owner had promised us a different room at first, and then gave us another one, even insisting we were “imagining things” when we reminded him! This was the most suffocating room I have ever stayed in in my life! Stay away!

    I had a terrible experience, I booked three nights and the first one at 23:30 some one knocked on my door then received call the knock again until they tried to open the door I was very scared and texting through WA and calling from desk to understand but no answer until finally I received a call from manager telling me was the house keeping and the cousin of the manager allegedly received a call asking for help but any of them speak English, I was super stress and scare, he told me he will manage and explain all of that the following day in the afternoon. The next day he screamed at me because I wasn’t there for taking to the people trying to get into my room and the manager, bottom line he was screaming at me for being rude and disrespectful with them and he asked me to leave and gave me partial refund and still screaming he has years of experience in the field .That’s not the way to talk to guests

    Actually I was so disappointed from this hotel, the air conditioner did not function and every 5 mins it turn off automatically and when I told the stuff it wasn’t working he told me he will come back later but he did not come.And surely I will not come back to this hotel.

    A great hotel with great people at a great location!- A few meters away from the Tophane Tram Station ( Very important for those who want to explore the city)- Across from Galataport (a large mall with shops, food, coffee, etc., next to the sea)- A very clean hotel, with comfortable large rooms, very big bed, very good heating system, fully equipped, which provides you with free coffee and tea in the room. - High speed WifiAll the staff were very kind, with a smile and always willing to serve the customer in whatever they need. Especially Mr. Murat did everything to make us feel like we were at our own home!Congratulations on your professionalism! Be sure we will come again!!Emmanouil - Despoina

    HORRENDOUS! Avoid at all costs!

    We left after a one-night stay (we had a reservation for 3 nights) but they marked my reservation as a no-show to prevent me from leaving a comment and sharing these pictures on Booking.com. Rooms are so noisy as if you were sleeping with open doors and windows - you could hear every noise from the street as well as other rooms on the floor. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting - mold and dirt everywhere! Sink was clogged - they even tried to blame it on us after spending just a couple of hours in the room. There were cracks on the ceiling, the wardrobe door handle was broken, the decorative pillows on our bed were also dirty and covered in stains. Our reservation was for a room with a balcony - the room we were given did not have one. We were supposed to get a parking space but we ended up using a community parking 2 km away. They dismissed all of our comments and charged me the full amount for the reservation. Rude and unhelpful staff! By all means DO NOT STAY at this hotel!!!!
