    The Hotel is really good. Nice location, to close to Istanbul Mall and 212 Outlet. Quiet rooms and very good breakfast. The staff is very kind.     The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website and was not very cozy. Inside the room, there were connecting doors, which made it worse because I had very loud neighbors and could hear everything. When I asked to change rooms, I was told none were available, which I found hard to believe since the hotel did not seem crowded.The breakfast was very poor, and the tables were often dirty. The hotel was also quite stingy with basic amenities like shampoo and soap. There was only one towel in the room, and no dressing gown was provided. Also no tea or sugar in the room The location is not convenient, as it is far from buses and shops.On the positive side, there is a small but nice pool on the 15th floor, and the reception staff were polite.     Had to change rooms because traffic noise from E80 Freeway, emergency vehicle, and police sirens, are fairly constant. Moved to other side of hotel but sirens still anissue. Also, did not have hot water for entire stay: 6 nights! Breakfast included in price and it was very good. Staff will cook omelets, etc. for you if you ask. Hotel is definitely not a 5*. Emre arranged for me to change rooms and I ended up with more room, a microwave, small fridge, stove... but there weren't any pots, pans, plates, silverware, cookware... so it wasn't possible to actually take advantage of the extras. Still, Emre was very helpful and professional. Musa was as well. Jila deserves 6-7 *s since my phone died the first day there and she called people back home (USA) for me and also kept me informed of clinic appointments. She went above & beyond what would be expected numerous times, including trying to change a departure flight for me.Because of the turmoil/war in the Middle East, she was on the phone for nearly an hour, but refused to give up. Jila is the best. Simply an amazing person who is kind,courteous, and incredibly helpful no matter how busy the hotel was. I hope they realize what a valuable staff member she is. I'm sure the manager already knows this, but you won't find a better concierge anywhere. Thank You Jila, Emre, and Musa for making my stay so pleasant, especially when there were challenges at times.
