    Horrible hotel, weren’t helpful with any enquires. Had problems with the rooms, I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay. Charge ridiculous amount of money for poor service. Don’t waste you're money at this hotel

    At the moment I have come to Turkey and I am staying with family, horrible room service there is a leakage in the bathroom they refused to move us into another room, the air conditioning isn't working and he said put the key and it will work I have tired that but still wasn't working. I have asked to clean the room because of a leak, he said sorry can't clean the room as it's specific time they clean they expect us to stay in that condition in the room. Refusing to top up on things we need. All he keeps saying you will need to pay, you pay so much for a room and they can't provide a good service. They are trying to rip people off by charging more and more for things. Not happy with the service. I would advise no one to stay here and maybe to pay little extra and stay at another hotel, most likely you will better service.

    Good hotel, clean room, nice staff, decent breakfast... Location is convenient.. Near to Metro Subway and easy to find restaurant and souvenir with good price

    we came here thinking that we are going to have a nice and great room for 2 people. Though when we came in everything looked nice at first for a 4 star hotel in the lobby but when we came in the room we were prettified and disgusted by the state of the room. The chair was BURNED and the window couldnt be opened? There were ants in the bathroom and the walls and floor were dirty. One of our family members got bitten by a bug and when we asked for a change of room they REFUSED to change us to a different room because he was “infected”. Which is sad. Our other family members didnt have a window in their room and they didnt even know they didnt have one because the pictures on google we WAYYY more different. Dont come. Its a scam and its disgusting.
