    I booked my last night in a tour by Turkey at Green Garden Hotel, because the next day, early in the morning, my flight to come back was departing. In addition located very close to the Ataturk International Airport (departing point when I bought the Turkish Airlines ticket, later changed to the new Istanbul Aiport).I made a non refundable reservation and I paid it on December 18th, 2018 for May 4th, 2019.On May 4th, in afternoon, I arrived at Green Garden Hotel and FINALLY THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PLACE FOR ME.They offered me accommodation in another nearby hotel: White Palace (around 200 m) and, since I was just interested in a place to sleep to leave early in the morning, I accepted.Actually I don't know if it's better or worse than the first one (in fact, it's very bad).Very small room, without basic amenities. I don't know nothing about breakfast because I couldn't take it and VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: they were just interested in selling me a transfer service to the airport. It's price 40 Euros (I solved it, WITHOUT NO HELP FROM THEIR SIDE, with the Havaist transfer service: 18 Turkish Lira, less than 3 Euros) .Absolutely not advisable

    location was so great before, but that change when Ataturk Airport had stoped worldwide flighthowever, location still good if you plan move in west Istanbul as will be almost in the middle, team is good, no chair or table inside rooms, only beds and space is too small to movefee is a little more than what you expect to take

    Although a bit difficult to get to from the new airport, the White Palace Hotel greeted me with exceptional customer service and professionalism 👌🏼 The desk representatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This made up for my exhausting day of travel with my toddler. They even upgraded my room to a suite. Everything was very new and clean. The breakfast was buffett style of little finger things like different types of cheese and crackers, yougurt, olives, etc. Great for the price! *Must note that many things in this area are changing because of the relocation of the international airport, like the presence of free shuttle servic, for example. So information from 3rd parties may not be accurate for a little while.

    Location is the best, within walking distance to Metro Station, 2 stops away from Atarturk Airport. The rooms are a bit narrow but clean and nice. Good breakfast provided, Good WiFi connection. Near to shops and restaurants.

    The hotel is small but nice. Close to the metro/bus stations. So many shops, supermarkets,bazzars,currency exchange are around. Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good. Reception staff are attentive, friendly and speak English.Will recommend .
