    Cockroaches everywhere

    Awful hotel. Rooms were full of cockroaches everywhere. I asked to be switched of room and they switched me to another room full with cockroaches. I approached the front desk and told them I couldn’t stay there w my kids and they promised me a refund and never fulfilled their word.     Ya don’t stay here. Blood on a towel, stains on blanket. I didn’t want to touch anything here. The pipes did a nonstop squeak when taking a shower.     Booking from hell!!

    I’m visiting from DC. I checked in late last night and just wanted to rest. I woke up to use the bathroom and stepped on crumbs and stuff so that’s what really turned me off its disgusting to know red roof will put someone in a room with roaches that freely roam around while u sleep and dog hair everywhere. I want a refund I just talked to the guy at the front desk and he can’t be bothered. This is humiliating and disgusting.     Do Your self a favor and don’t stay no where near this Ghetto run down crack den. This isn’t a hotel, it’s definitely a homeless shelter and they happen to rent rooms. As soon as you pull up it looks like a scene from Boyz N The Hood. People hanging out, drinking and smoking weed everywhere. You can instantly tell most the rooms are used for prostitution. We literally didn’t even make it to the room before going back and saying no thank you, and left to find another Hotel.     Unclean and unkept - opted to leave rather than stay

    This is by far the grossest “hotel” I have ever attempted to stay at. I say attempted, because we opted to just drive back through the night rather than stay here. The grounds are unappealing, people loitering about, the hallways are gross, but all could be excused if the room was clean. But alas, the room reeks of smoke (despite claiming to be smoke free), bed sheets have holes in them, what looked like mold in the shower and shower curtain, remnants of spilled liquids all over the back of the door. Did not look like things had been cleaned in years. And definitely does NOT look anywhere like the photos online.Either save some money and book a cheaper motel (it can’t be worse than this) or better yet just pony up and book a real hotel. You won’t regret it, but you will regret staying here.
