  WOW Hotel Istanbul 2026

  We stayed at WOW Hotel Istanbul for the second time, from January 13 to January 18, while attending the ATRAX trade fair, and once again the experience was absolutely excellent.The hotel’s location is simply perfect: directly next to the Istanbul Exhibition Center, easily accessible via the highway, very close to the airport, and still well connected to the city center. Additionally, several medical clinics are located in the immediate vicinity, which makes the hotel even more practical for business travelers.What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Many of them have been working here for nearly 20 years, and it shows in the professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality they provide. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special compliment goes to the hotel manager, who welcomes guests like a true host and ensures that everything is perfectly taken care of.The rooms are beautiful, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The indoor swimming pool and the stunning wellness center on the top floor are real highlights, offering breathtaking views over Istanbul and a wonderful place to relax after a busy day.The restaurant deserves high praise as well. The menu offers a great selection of delicious Turkish and international dishes, all freshly prepared and of excellent quality.A big compliment to the management and the entire staff of this hotel.   There is nothing WOW in WOW hotel

  I have never written a bad review for a hotel, but this looks more like a bordel.1. Check in drama started because I asked for an iron, to iron my shirts. "We don't have iron to provide, only paid service." What kind of business 5 star hotel doesn't have iron in the room for self service? Have you ever checked that other brands around you provide basic things, like iron? And then when we realized my shirts cannot be ironed by 8 in the morning, suddenly iron came to my room.2. The company paid for my dinner, it was included in the fare. At the check in they explained dinner was included. When I got to the restaurant, the restaurant called the reception and told me I could order from the menu. Day 2: same things happens. Day 3: Key card for my door blocked. The reason is unpaid dinner bills. At the reception they explain I am not entitled to a la carte dinner, only to certain menu. I paid for my paid dinners, too tired to make any further conversation.3. The room looks like the last time was renovated after the Second World War. The smell of cigarettes everywhere. Tiny walls, you can hear all the noisy guests coming going. There is no glass in the room to put your toothbrush or just to use it for drinking. The lights turn on during the night when the air conditioner turns on. You turn them off, and they turn on again! Then you need to take the card out so you stay without electricity if you want to sleep. Carpet old and torn. 4. Pillows - better take a stone from the street. Three types of pillows, I don't know which head can sleep well on them. As you don't invest in the hotel AT ALL, at least buy some pillows!The only good thing was the polite cleaning lady and the breakfast. Breakfast is amazing, that looks like 5 star, and brings my opinion to a 2 star for the review.So, DO NOT waste your time and money, dear people, on this bordel. Just go to any other hotel around, take taxi to the fair if you came for that, as there is NOTHING wow in this wow hotel.

  Only stay if you need to stay next to the convention center

  We stayed in this hotel this week because it was next to the convention center. The hotel is nowhere near being 5 starts. The rooms are noticeably old, and look more like a 3 starts hotel. The cleanliness was ok; there were cup stains in our bathroom counter, and some places like the toilet flush button and door handles had finger prints. The breakfast was much better than we expected, the only thing we liked in this hotel. Overall do not recommend this hotel at all.

  We stayed at this hotel from January 28th to February 2nd. It is an excellent hotel within walking distance of the exhibition building (Istanbul Fair Center) where the annual ATRAS takes place. The staff is very polite and the rooms are spacious and equipped with all the comfort you would expect from a 5* hotel. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and beautiful wellness and sports facilities. The hotel also has a spacious lobby, a quiet restaurant with a delicious menu and a small bar. The hotel manager Hasan Karatas is clearly always present to ensure that his guests lack nothing. A big compliment for that. We would like to return to this hotel when we visit Istanbul.
