    Horrible, worst hotel in Istanbul !!!!

    This place was a complete disaster. The photos online are totally misleading — the room I got was tiny, filthy, and falling apart. There was mold everywhere that they tried to cover with wallpaper, and the floor was literally caving in. It was disgusting and felt unsafe.When I confronted the manager about these issues, he flat-out denied everything instead of taking responsibility. The attitude was just as bad as the condition of the hotel.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are plenty of hotels in Istanbul that won’t scam you with fake photos and broken rooms. xenia s, at Xenia Hotel Istanbul, responded to this review Sorry, but this place is not our hotel.

    The location was amazing! We walked to all the best tourist attractions in Sultanahmet and loved the neighbourhood restaurants and bars. The Art Cafe next door were super handy and welcoming and the hotel staff were very friendly.

    Well appointed rooms in Istanbul's old town. Excellent value for money and an oasis of calm in this busy neighbourhood. Whilst the property does not offer food service, the neighbouring Art Café serves delicious Turkish food. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile at every opportunity.

    A fantastic stay in Istanbul, this hotel is ideal for sightseeing on foot. All of the best locations are either within walking distance, or you can easily hop on the metro from Sultanahmet station which is near by. The hotel receptionist helped us to arrange airport transfers and nothing was too much trouble. The air con was very effective and the wifi excellent. The room had everything we needed, including bedroom slippers, toiletries, a kettle, bottled water and tea and coffee. As we were there for 5 nights our towels were refreshed and bedroom cleaned half way through. We wandered up the road to the many cafes and restaurants for our meals. The Henna Cafe was our favourite for coffee, which could be enjoyed on their beautiful roof terrace. We had a delicious dinner at Babylonia on the main drag. Our Xenia hotel base was perfect for our holiday. We felt the area was safe and we were very comfortable. We hope to return.
