    The hotel staff especially the bell boy Kadir and the elderly gentleman at the reception were very accommodating. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who kindly agreed to hold my luggage while we flew off to antalya for 3 daysYou see our tour was to begin on 11th April but we were in Turkey on the 7th April. We stayed in crowne plaza old city for a day then we walked over to ask if Yigitalp hotel could hold our luggage till the 11th as we were flying to. Antalya on pegasus and there was a limit on our luggage. As our tour was starting at yigitalp on the 11th. They kindly agreed once we showed them proof of our impending tour. It may seem like a small gesture but to us it was above and beyond their duties. Thanks to them we had a stress free trip to Antalya. Kudos to them.

    Stayed here for five days over Christmas and had a brilliant stay.The hotel is in a good location and the tram stop is just a five minute walk down the hill ( with links to all over the city.The staff are friendly and super professional.The rooms are excellent and so is the rooftop restaurant with great views of the city.The breakfast was good if slightly repetitive for some maybe but no complaints from me.The place is very clean and tidy.You can see that the management expect high standards and the maids and reception staff are a credit to the hotel.I would recommend the hotel which was reasonably priced.I would happily return.

    Good choice for a few days visiting Istambul. Location is quite adequate, close to Grand Bazaar; rooms are clean and well equipped, restaurant is very good value, and service is efficient. Only the style requires an update, but all else is just fine!

    Great location, very clean, wonderful welcome at reception and all staff. Oldy worldy setting very cosy. Large selection for breakfast. Restaurant menu could do with improvement......need to upgrade pillows, small mirrors in room, a large one needed as space on walls. Just to look into fully when dressed. I would definitely stay here again, its very comfortable with a positive ambience......

    I was in Istanbul in December and stayed in this wonderful property. Clean room and excellent services. The friendly staff, special thanks to Onur and Ugur for their innate professionalism.
