    Late check in was as bummer.Huge room and comfy bed. Why o why do hotels have 3+ duvets when you have to freeze the room to use them?Super convenient but lousy signage.Grasping additional charges for early check-in.     I am grateful to the Yotel team that the payment could be arranged via an external link. My mother had her initial flight delayed, so I had to find a hotel at Istanbul airport. Yotel is the only hotel inside the airport (one on the “land” side and one on the “air” side). I booked a room for her, since she did not have a credit card with her. Luckily, the hotel has a possibility to send a link for payment, which I used. Everything was paid within seconds. The only thing I did not like that the price for the online reservation was 312€ and it was 517$ at the reception. Quite a big difference. Moreover, AC is a bit loud… but the room was good and very trendy.     Above and Beyond any expectations! Highly recommend!

    This was such an amazing experience for my wife and I. We were in the middle of about 16 hours worth of flights when he stayed here to catch a connecting flight to Mumbai. We were going to have another 8 hours in the morning to wait at the airport for our next flight, despite being exhausted already from lack of sleep. The lady who checked us in offered a free later checkout time (2 hours), which was music to our tired ears. We were already grateful to her for that. The hotel room was wonderful and relaxing. Would have loved to stay another night or two. In the morning, I went to the lobby to extend our checkout time ($20 for each additional hour - which was worth it). We paid for an additional 2 hours, putting our new checkout time at 3:00pm. The gentleman who was on shift asked our flight info and saw that we would still need to wait around for 4 more hours after our new checkout time so he offered us another free hour. I saw that there was a card that I could use to leave a review and I was excited to boast about how great they are. They never even suggested I write a review, they were genuinely looking out for us and we appreciate them for that. We really needed that extra rest:) Highly recommend this hotel! Awesome experience!     Stayed here for one night in Feb 2026 and have to say was a poor standard of service.Lady on reception was unwilling to check me in until I produced my boarding pass - which I did not have as my flight was the next day. Eventually, after explaining several times why I had no boarding pass she finally checked me in.Room was very small and when trying to adjust the headboard I found a sanitary towel wedged between the headboard and the wall!! Bathroom tiny and not very clean.Was glad to check out the next day after a poor nights sleep and I mentioned to the staff member on reception about the dirty bathroom and sanitary towel, he could not have cared less. Told me to scan a QR code and complain there.Do not stay here, find somewhere else, it’s dirty, unhygienic and staff need a course in customer care.
