    I would like to give a special thank you to Sylvia from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so beautifully and with so much care. She has such a kind heart and a very warm, gentle presence. Every detail was perfect, and she made me feel truly comfortable and cared for. Sylvia from Kenya is such a lovely person, always smiling and so sweet. She made my stay feel brighter just with her kindness. Thank you, Sylvia, for your beautiful work and your wonderful spirit.

    The hotel was ok. I stayed for two nights there. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. The staff was very, very friendly. It was ok for a medium 3-star hotel, no way this hotel was not 4-star. But the neighbourhood was kind of noisy, crowded with lots of cargoes. By the way, the hotel has got a sauna which I didn't use and know nothing about it.

    Due to covid 19 i was stuck at yüksel yenikapi hotel for about 4 months . The hygiene and sanitation are perfect ;They follow covid rules typically . The staff are very helpful and all ears .The food is delicious and besides tht the chefs try to cook for us moroccan meals to make us more comfortable .     As Moroccans stuck in Turkey, and after suspending the trips due to the Corona virus, we would like to express our appreciation and thanks to all the employees of Yuksel hotel for the excellent service we have received for the last three months in this prestigious hotel and we are grateful for their assistance which was of a great quality. We felt comfortable and we forgot about the whole world's crisis.
