    Avoid to go there. If you have any issue, there will not be communication or solution.

    No Internet access when I was there.When I complained 10 minutes later to the check-in, they referred to some external works, which I doubt it was true.I asked to leave the room and credit me back.They didn´t.I showed them that the conditions that they gave me before and even after I paid, there was WiFi connection.On the card key there was the message with WiFi access key and password.Bottom line, all wrong information and lack of information in order to prevent the customers to check in.I had to abandon the Hotel because I was on a business trip and needed WiFi.I went to the Police to register the facts Management not present or reachable.Avoid to go there. If you have any issue, there will not be communication or solution. Once you pay, they don´t care about anything

    Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff.Nice concept. Hotel in apartment form with for ourselves a living room, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, hob. Bathroom with washing machine. Missed a drying rack though. Originally submitted in Dutch on www.nl.tripadvisor.com. View originals.

    Terrible cancellation policy.. avoid Agoda!!!

    I booked this apartment by Agoda . For some reason i could not reach to city. I cancelled the booking 20 days before but their cancellation policy is terrible , they never refund you money, Once payed no refund. On the other hand i got full refund from airbnb, even i cancelled about 2 days before. Airbnb is far better then Agoda Zin D Alemdag.
