Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families, young people and singles, this boutique hotel lies in Izmir, right by the sea. Public transport stops are just outside the door.

Facility

Guests have a choice of a junior suite, 9 suites, 2 single rooms and 31 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds are available upon request. Amenities include a minibar, a telephone and a flatscreen television. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The resort has 43 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, basketball and jogging are available. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, yoga, aerobics and pilates. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a hammam. A dance club and a nightclub are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include 6 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Bed and breakfast can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and organic food can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The hotel and beach were great but the episode described in the following message was unacceptable and the manager didn't even bother replying. Over a week has passed now and it's honestly unacceptable.Dear Hotel Manager, I asked to speak to you this morning at checkout but I was told that you were not available and to text you on WhatsApp. Yesterday the cleaner (I don’t have his name but he’s young, with a beard, has an ear piercing and wears a white t-shirt) gave me my t-shirt back. The absurd excuse though was that is was under the bed (it wasn’t, it was on top of my opened suitcase) and that he took it because he thought it belonged to the previous guests, although we had already been in that room for 5 days. The stay at your hotel has been great except for this very serious incident. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in dozens of countries and something like this has never happened to me. I noticed the t-shirt was missing because it was the t-shirt I use for sleeping but who knows if anything else was taken from my suitcase. We’re in Turkey for 24 days in total so we brought a lot of clothing and other items so I can’t check with certainty if other items are missing. I honestly would’ve never expected such a thing could happen in a hotel of your stature.

    It was really nice holiday for us.
