    We had a pleasant holiday with my friend. ideal for an elite and enjoyable holiday in the Alacati region. Thank you very much to cule staff for this wonderful experience. Especially Mr. Emrah was very interested in us. I'll plan the same vacation again.

    My spouse and I stayed at this hotel for our vacation, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The drinks were top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere. We truly felt at home and relaxed during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

    We have been visiting every summer exact same hotel for 13 years. The team is amazing its not only business for them they build friendships they bring the most joy out from Alacati for you, you feel special and secure. Levent and Aysun are great people who own the hotel , they are helpful for every step of your vacation about anything you need , do not thing other options, you will be thankful to me :)

    I made a booking for Luce among hotels I booked across Istanbul, Capadoccia, Alacati/Cesme and then again Istanbul on Hotels.com earlier today. While all the hotels were refundable as I need to get stitches from a surgery removed day after before I can get the green signal to travel from the doc, by mistake I made the Luce booking as a non refundable one. I called both Hotels.com and Luce within 2 hours as soon as I realised my mistake on seeing the email. And on Hotel Luce’s request, also sent them an email explaining the issue and my request (and can share medical proof if they would like). Somehow I got the feeling my money is not coming back, it was just the way in which my calls got transferred, and I so hope I am wrong. I am writing this review in the hope that both these highly rated organisations will be able to take notice and get my booking cancelled with full refund, for what was an honest mistake, which was identified immediately. With the ratings that this hotel has on Trip Advisor I am hoping they would indeed look to make customer service a delight and focus on treating their users as they would like to be treated themselves if they were in our shoes :)

    small boutique hotel on the edge of town within easy walking distance to the centre of Alacati.Clean, spacious, well appointed room with good quality toiletries. Our room overlooked the pool with a great balcony.The pool area was quiet and relaxing with comfortable loungers, the garden area had shaded seating which was also used to serve breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea and cake.Breakfast was excellent quality, all fresh local products with a different freshly baked pastry every morning. Lavent, the owner, was absolutely brilliant, as were all his staff, very welcoming. Lavent spent time giving us tips of where to visit in the local area and made reservations at various places for us. His local knowledge made our stay in the area extra special.I would definitely stay here again.
