    Mohammed was super friendly and I haven’t seen great customer service like this in a long time. Me and my fiance were so happy. He greeted us. Let us check in early as I got the time wrong. Offered upgrades. I was soo happy with it allPs. Only thing I would recommend a smart tv lol. Other than that we were happy 😃

    We really enjoyed our stay. Fun at the Casino, which paid for the butterfly-place/. Nice restaurants.Nice view .Attached some pictures. If good enough for promotions, feel free to use them. Thank you once again, Have a great day . Marcus.

    The hotel is in a very good location. We booked a river‑view room, and the view was fantastic—especially on clear days. We could see both the river and the falls during the day and at night.The staff were friendly, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good. Our room with two queen beds was a comfortable size.One thing to note: check whether your room has accessible outlets for charging devices. Ours didn’t have any convenient outlets except near the sink, so we requested extension cords. Maintenance brought them promptly and set everything up, but it was unexpected since it’s the first hotel we’ve stayed in without easily accessible outlets.     An overall good time

    We had an overall very good experience here. We requested a room overlooking the falls and we couldn't have had a better view. The place is a bit dated but still very comfortable. The only thing that should be improved is the housekeeping. The carpet in the hallway never saw a vacuum cleaner in the 3 days we were there candy wrappers and general fuzz collection never moved, and we found a pair of dirty socks in our room. No biggie, though , my husband just gingerly picked them up and threw them in the garbage. We'd definitely stay there again. It was close to everything we needed!
