A wonderful holiday in a pleasant atmosphere
22 Sept 2026
After reading earlier reviews of Aria Claros, I was absolutely terrified by the trip TCP had proposed to us. As it turned out, however, people are just incredibly demanding-this hotel isn't just a "little gem," it’s a magnificent, massive diamond! The service is wonderful; everyone is so warm and lovely. We got a fantastic room—everything was clean and well-maintained. The mattress was very comfortable, and the windows did a great job of blocking out outside noise. Supplies were replenished during housekeeping; the rooms came with toiletries, slippers, a sewing kit, and fresh towels after every cleaning. Contrary to reviews claiming the Wi-Fi was terrible, it worked very well in both the lobby and our room. It wasn't available on the beach—but the beach made you want to put your phone away anyway! <3 Meals were served right on schedule, and we never ran out of anything. As for the food-it was delicious. There was a huge selection of hot and cold dishes-we even had kebab and grilled items! Drinks included both juices and sodas, and water was available literally everywhere. The hotel is a 40-minute bus ride from Kusadasi; we decided to go on a trip there on our own. There are plenty of on-site attractions, including a boat cruise at a very reasonable price. The only thing I can complain about is the smokers who were everywhere (guests, not staff). That’s not the hotel’s fault! Despite the smoking ban in the children's area, the aquapark, and the amphitheater, they just couldn't resist having a cigarette...I would happily recommend Aria Claros to anyone! :) Ismail Karabacak, Müsteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Aria Claros Beach & Spa Resort, responded to this review Dear Aleksandra,Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely review. We were especially happy to read that you arrived with some concerns after seeing previous reviews, yet left with such a completely different impression of Aria Claros. It is wonderful to know that you were happy with your room, the cleanliness, comfort, housekeeping and Wi-Fi, and that you enjoyed the variety of our food and the overall atmosphere of the resort. Your kind words about our team are particularly appreciated. We also smiled at your comment about the beach being a good place to forget about the phone for a while. And thank you for making an important distinction regarding the smoking issue. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be, but we appreciate your recognition that this behaviour came from individual guests rather than our team.Thank you again for the warmth and detail in your review. We truly hope to welcome you back for another relaxing holiday at Aria Claros.Best regards,Guest Relations TeamAria Claros Beach & Spa Resort

We enjoyed the vacation. Resort is at nice location, well maintained and offers good services including bars and restaurants. Staff is very helpful, but sometimes communication is problematic due to the language barrier. Wi-fi in the resort is weak, but luckily we did no come to be online, so did not mind and ejoyed our stay.
