This hotel is located just near the ancient city of Claros, one of 12 cities of the Ion civilization in the Aegean. The hotel enjoys a beautiful setting on a hillside from where guests can savour the proximity of the sea and the stunningly scenic surroundings. It lies 5 km from Özdere, 33 km from Ephesus, 35 km from Kuşadası and 60 km from Izmir. Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is 45 km away.

Facility

In addition to 312 bungalows and 8 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lifts,made up of a 6-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. Awaiting guests are 493 rooms, including 12 junior suites and 170 double rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 208 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools (no extra charge) and a children's swimming area. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The bungalow complex offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including bocce, beach volleyball and archery. Crazy golf is organised by third-party operators. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Third-party operators offer a spa, a sauna, hammam, beauty salon, massage treatments and solarium. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Guests can indulge their palates at 3 restaurants (non-smoking, à la carte and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages and house favourite brands are included in the price.

We have had an amazing time at this hotel. The guest relations team were amazing especially two ladies how stood out for great service. Melisa was super helpful when we were having a little trouble around some bookings Zeliha was also super helpful when we needed sorting for our room. The hotel has been great very clean and the staff has been really friendly. Would definitely stay again. Came to the hotel through a pre booked tour. Had no idea what to expect. The hotel had everything you need and more with plenty of activities to take part in throughout the day with a wide selection of food available through the day. It’s also in a very easy location to catch transport into local towns.
