Alaçatı Ariel Hotel is excellent.

The hotel is brand new, spotlessly clean, the rooms are quiet and peaceful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast and poolside meals are delicious, and it's just one street away from the market. I stayed with friends at the Ariel Hotel in Alaçatı from 24 July to 27 July 2025 – and it was an absolute disaster.Already on arrival, the air conditioning did not work, although there were over 40 degrees outside. Restful sleep was unthinkable. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, which was particularly frustrating as we had to work in some cases.The next problem: The drinks we were offered had expired – both in the fridge and at the bar. I can't believe they're serving something like this anymore. In addition, during the lunch break, loud construction work took place directly at the pool, which made recreation completely impossible.When we addressed these massive defects in the owner, only a lapidary “We can’t help it” came up. No excuse, no accommodation – nothing. A cheek and, in my view, an absolute disgrace to a hotel that seriously wants to sell itself as accommodation.For me and my friends it is clear: This hotel is never eligible again. I can only strongly advise anyone planning to book here: Do yourself a favor and find another hotel. There are many nice places to stay in Alaçatı – but the Ariel Hotel is definitely not one of them. One of the rare new hotels in Alaçatı, all the furniture, the entire hotel is new. They started to serve this year and everything was sparkling clean. I felt as if we were entering the room for the first time. The breakfast was diverse, the food was delicious and obviously quality products were preferred. .. Since we arrived at the best hotel in Alaçati very early in the morning, our room was not ready, so we had breakfast at the hotel while we were waiting, a wonderful mixed breakfast was served to us, far above our expectations, we can say that there is a lion's milk missing in the breakfast and they were all delicious, our room was ready before our breakfast was finished, When we got to the room, it smelled clean and quality as seen in the pictures. I can say that I slept better than in my own home because everything in the room was complete and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of Alaçatı and at the same time in peace. Modern, boutique hotel in the heart of Alaçatı!

Absolutely, 5 out of 5 stars for this lovely boutique hotel and its amazing staff! Clean, modern hotel with spacious rooms, nice pool and lovely breakfast. Location is phenomenal!! Right around the corner from the start of old Alacati. The staff is so accommodating and sweet. Unfortunately my husband had a sinus infection during our stay and they provided us with a snack at 4:30 am and also let us check out late. I asked for wine and they went out to buy and then give me a little cheese board to enjoy. I highly recommend and would totally come back!
