Location

The hotel is centrally located in the city on the edge of Izmir's International Fair and Culture Park and just 550 metres from the Basmane underground station. Public transport runs in front of the hotel. Izmir-Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 17 km from the hotel.

14 suites and 66 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Absolutely brilliant service. Me and my daughter we stayed from 17th till 23th of november.my daughter got sick for two days badly.staff in reception was very helpful and friendly to find emergency department and help us to get there.they not only helped to find but also bring us there and stayed until my we been looked after.Thanks so much ALI OZHAN.Thanks so much The meneger on that Sunday morning.also the cleaning lady Remziye she came over and help me to mix antibiotics for my daughter.she Even got a balloon for my daughter to cheer her up.All I can say everything was absolutely brilliant and I m thankful this lovely people for all help.its not easy when you travel with child and child gets sick.absolutely recommended this hotel.Thanky

    I noticed I didn't have money in the place I put it (in my room) and thought I lost it. Until friend in another room told me she is missing some money too. Another friend in another room found her purse left open. Guess who had the access to our rooms?I don't make accusations easily but too many factors show somebody took our money from the rooms and this made our stay in Armis Hotel a bad experience. The organisation I was with said they will take care of that but I don't think this problem even reached the reception. So it is also my fault I didn't take this into my hands. I can only hope this review will do it.

    Stayed 2 nights, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, efficient operation. Crazy traffic there...taxi drivers seem to all have an unfulfilled death wish...Izmir an interesting place to visit. Anywhere seems a long way but taxis cheap.
