The photographs in the advertisements for this hotel are not a true reflection of the establishment.We arrived early in the season but the swimming pool was green, the garden was a mess with leaves and dirty outside tables.WiFi not available in all rooms which was confirmed after I looked at another room where there was no WiFi.We booked a super deluxe room expecting two Queens size beds as stated on the booking site but upon arrival were offered a room with one single sofabed and a double.The member of staff who dealt with us was most rude and aggressive.We didn't stay and found another hotel.

We stayed at Agustos Hotel Alacati for 4 nights in September which appears to be one of the best months to spend in Alacati and Cesme. Hotel is easy to find if you drive from Izmir-Cesme motorway. If you get off the dolmus (minibus) or Cesme Seyahat/Havas, it's on the other end which is 10 minutes on foot. The friendliness, customer service and kindness of all personnel in this hotel is exceptional. It doesn't take long before you start chatting to them and other guests too. The garden is the standout. Very peaceful and serene. After enjoying a delicious breakfast prepared with cheese, olives, tomatoes cucumbers, jams, and eggs of your choice, we weren't able to eat again until late afternoon. It's very filling and tea is unlimited. Walking to the main streets with restaurants will only take 4-5 minutes. It's conveniently just outside of the hustle and bustle. We were able to sleep peacefully with no issues at all. Ilica beach is 10 minutes by dolmus (minibus) and Cesme or Ayayorgi about 30 minutes. I'd strongly recommend this peaceful and family friendly hotel in Alacati.

We had the most relaxing and amazing stay at this fabulous boutique hotel last Summer. The service and cleanliness were second to none and the hotelier was extremely hospitable and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure our stay in this beautiful Turkish resort was unforgettable. (Even arranging windsurfing and various activities for our children). This was our second trip to Turkey and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I would say that the standard of this new hotel was 5* in the terms of decor , rooms , atmosphere , comfort and cleanliness ... Rooms are well equipped and cozy. Location is great .The owner is very helpful and gave us best tips , thanks a lot again.

A girls long weekend (3 ppl) from London. We had a direct flight and the hotel arranged to pick us up from the airport. In no time we were greeted by Yigit (the hotelier). He's a laid back cool guy and made us feel welcome right away. The hotel was close to everything, in the center of town. We could get to any restaurant/club in 5 minutes. We could enter one of the best beach clubs for free because we stayed at this hotel. Yigit had great restaurant and bar recommendations and we could not have asked for a better long weekend away. I'd strongly recommend this place.
