    Bed and toilets to me are always most important and this vwas immaculate. Service very friendly, in hotel and in top floor brasserie. Location next to the sea mase a good choice walk in morning and evening. I felt good for three days and nights.     Very nice hotel close to everything, five minutes walk to transportation,marketsPark, ferry and everything else.The view we got was very amazing. The room was spacious and clean with an open door for fresh airI will recommend this hotel to anyone.     Stayed at the Best Western Konak overnight before heading to Ephesus. Had a great stay and would have planned to stay another night if I had known that the location was great and close to the Bazaar.     VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

    I've reserved a room with 2 separate beds. When I've arrived, I've mentioned my request during checking in. I've had to go up and down twice with my luggage's and my elderly sister to find double beds in both rooms. Our third trip upstairs... another staff member had to up with with us and look for a room with 2 single beds. I've requested a room with a view, and I've received a room with no view.During check out, she asked if I used any refreshments from their refrigerator. We've had 2 bottles of water. She asked for 15 lira...... I've stayed at many hotels in the past and never asked to pay for water. 2 night's stay was 5000 lira..... for this hotel to ask for 15 lira for water was unbelievable.     We have stay this hotel with my wife for rest and relax our brain . Because i really like this hotel room view and also i stayed special room which have yakuzi .. all perfect and we really enjoy to stay here .
