Location

Ideally located in the heart of the business and upmarket shopping district of Izmir, called Alsancak, the hotel is within easy access of public transport, most amenities and the renovated Kordon walkway which stretches along the bay of Izmir, and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. Facility

60 non-smoking rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Excellent hotel in Alsancak very close to many points of interest like Passport, Bazaar and Basmane . I have stayed many times in this hotel and I will never regretted. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and its rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who makes the cleaning work in the room is very kind and gentle. The breakfast buffet is very rich with many choices. Highly recommended.

    The room was a hot mess. Barely functioning air conditioning, shower missing one of two doors so bo way to close it, peeling paint everywhere, stained furniture. Questionable decor choices. Bed was decent. Only saved from a 1 by the staff, the valet parking, the breakfast and the location. Still we would never come back.

    I stayed in this hotel for a week and I am fully satisfied. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast is varied with excellent quality food. I will definitely return to this Hotel.

    Every surcface apart from bed was stained. When you see stains all over the flush and bathroom walls you don't feel like touching anywhere. Stain on the bathrobe was a cherry on the top. Apart from that stuff was nice. Room was big and bright. Location is near to the sea - 5 min walk distance-. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is also good. Could be even a nice hotel if it was cleaner! I woulndn't come back because there are many other hotels in the same price range nearby and would not give another shot to this place!
