  The site is very well located in Çeşme, with a marina nearby. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. In particular, the customer relations representative, Orkhan, made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.   Excellent experience of family vacation. Superp service, best facilities, perfect Location, we had two, three bedroom suites, very spacious and comfortable, great vacation.!   The hospitality at Biblos is genuinely on another level

  I've stayed at a good few luxury hotels over the years where the service has always been excellent, but the hospitality at Biblos is genuinely on another level. Every single member of staff is so warm, friendly, and always quick to help - it really sets the place apart.And the service starts even before you arrive! Their PA service via whatsapp is so helpful & super responsive - nothing is ever too much trouble. It really sets the tone for the whole experience.The food is outstanding. We were on half board which included dinner, and while the menu is more curated, every dish was cooked to perfection. We absolutely loved Miso but the food & vibes in both restaurants are great! And the breakfast buffet? Honestly one of the highlights of the trip. Such an impressive variety, and they switch it up every single day so it never gets repetitive.For families, this place is a dream. The kids club kept our little one busy while the spa gave us that much needed time. What I also loved is that despite everything on offer, it never feels like a huge sprawling resort. It stays intimate, which makes the whole experience feel so much more special.I also have to give a special mention to Murat Deler in the salon - possibly the best haircut I've ever had!The only thing I would say is that our bedroom had a tree partially blocking the view, which did limit the natural light in the room. A small thing, but worth knowing when booking.We will absolutely be planning to return next year. Biblos, you've set the bar incredibly high.   Is our first time visiting this resort and I can't a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.   Beautiful Setting but Persistent Sewage Problems and Poor Service

  We recently stayed at Biblos Alaçatı. We came primarily to kite surf, and I would like to begin by complimenting the Sun & Surf School adjacent to the hotel. Their team was outstanding — from arranging transportation to the kite point to providing wing foiling gear, they could not have been better.Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful and well located, our overall experience fell far short of a true 5-star standard, and I feel compelled to share the issues we faced:Room Functionality: On our first night, we were unable to turn off the lights in our room. We resorted to draping towels over them just to get some rest. The following morning, despite the “Do Not Disturb” light being on, housekeeping repeatedly buzzed our door, waking us abruptly.Sewage Odor: That same morning we discovered a strong sewage odor coming from the shower. While maintenance was sent to address it temporarily, the problem returned later that night. We returned at 11:30 pm to the same stench and had to deal with maintenance workers in our room well into the early hours.Noise & Privacy: While trying to relax on our beach terrace, we endured over an hour of hammering. Later, at 10 pm, we were again disturbed despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, this time for a laundry delivery. This repeated disregard for guests’ privacy is unacceptable.Misleading “Adult Only” Claims: We booked the Beach House under the impression it was an “Adult Only” experience, yet there were children and babies on the private beach less than three meters away. There was no designated adult-only area. Every pool we visited, including those attached to suites advertised as adult-only, also had children in them.Safety Concerns: At breakfast, a child was riding an electric scooter through the buffet area. This continued for the duration of our meal, with staff taking no action. This posed an obvious safety hazard and highlighted a concerning lack of management oversight.Dining & Pricing: After our first meal at the hotel, we chose to dine off property. Prices are excessively marked up — a local beer was $20 USD. While we expect a premium at a luxury property, the cost of drinks and cocktails felt astronomical, even by international luxury standards.Despite raising these concerns, management did not offer anything other than apologies. Given the nightly rate of $1,000 USD and the hotel’s positioning as a luxury property, these repeated service failures and operational issues — are simply unacceptable. There are many beautiful options in Alaçatı, and based on this experience, I would not choose to return.
