  Cozy hotel with small deficits

  I visited Boreas with my family in April. Boreas is a boutique hotel which is close to the centre. My first impression was great. I liked the hotel, its interior and all the details in the room.My second impression wasn't so good because of the staff. A young man brought us to our room but it seemed that he was in a rush, after handing over the key he disappeared immediately. He didn't tell us anything about the room and hotel ... for example details for the internet access, manual for TV (there was no remote), safe and breakfast hours, checkout times etc. The window didn't work properly and warm water took quite a while till it came. To figure out how everything worked we had to walk several times to the bar where the staff smoked and played a video game. As a hotel guest I expect a bit more attention and at least some welcoming words. Breakfast at Boreas was very good. We took seats at the sunny terrace where we got served eggs, cheese, olives, Turkish börek, honey and loads of jams. Here the staff showed itself from their better side and was welcoming and attentive.All in all Boreas is a cozy and innovative hotel with small deficits. Someone who doesn't mind a loose toilet seat and a noisy surrounding and whose focus lies more in enjoying a young, vibrant atmosphere will have a great time here.

  Wow what a small, lovely and cosy place. We were here for 2 nights - and we enjoyed everything: from cosy room, Swimmingpool and great turkish breakfast. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Volkan for warm and Professional guest relation!

  We visited this hotel in september and we all fell in love with this place. The location is great, couple of minutes walk from the Beautiful Ilica beach and about 10 min walk from Alacati center. The place is amazing, beautiful rooms, the swimming pool is a great plus but do not miss Ilica beach( its a heaven on earth). Volkan the manager and the owner were all very friendly, giving us good tips for sightseeing and places to eat. Thank you all for a great vacation

  We are currently staying at this hotel and have stayed in many hotels all over Turkey before (including Alacati last year). There is nothing at all we can fault. The staff are all welcoming and extremely attentive. The room we are in (tayfun) is bright, clean and spacious for us. The pool area is wonderful and peaceful with mellow background music. Fantastic selection at breakfast and there is food available all day at a great price. The location couldn't be better (ten minute walk to the beautiful streets of Alacati). This is a new hotel and only has three reviews so far (one rated terrible - perhaps a worried hotelier!!) so it appears way down the list of places to stay but trust me, this hotel is going to end up very close to the top places to stay in Alacati. We booked five nights here and we are very glad we did. Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back.

  We have just returned from staying at this hotel and had the best time. The hotel is so clean and tidy and the rooms are really nice. Everything is of top quality and the staff can't do enough for you. The pool area is really lovely and peaceful and breakfast was the best we have had in Turkey. It is only a ten minute walk to Alacati town with all restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Ilicea beach which is stunning!
