    The hotel was definitely dirty. There were spots on the bed sheets and mud in the bathroom. The bathroom door was impossible to open because the toilet is between the door and the shower, which has mud and dirt on the floor. The floor room is full of spots, and the walls too. Breakfast has been awful: the bread has a terrible taste and touch, cheese is super sour and the table was unclean. I’ve been there with a travel group and I suppose this hotel has been a cheeper choice. I suggest to avoid this place.

    We had a wonderful stay in this well-located hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was a generous buffet with plenty of delicious options to choose from, something for everyone. Our room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the sea and the city, very relaxing. The hotel is right in the center of Izmir, in a lively and well-frequented area, just a two-minute walk from the seaside promenade and close to many waterfront restaurants. There’s free parking available, and the hotel is also conveniently located near taxis and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

    Great little hotel in the centre!

    The hotel was very comfortable and clean, but most importantly it was very central, very close to the water and very reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was generous and always delicious. Whilst they didn’t clean our room in the three days we were there, this wasn’t really an issue for us but may be for some, and if we had mentioned it to the staff, they would have done so in a flash.

    Fortunately this was just a one night stopover for us. It is too bad, with some renovations and clean up the hotel would be nice. It really is a great location and the staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants close by. However, the room was not clean and had a strange odor.

    We stayed here as a last minute booking and we were not impressed from the get go. Firstly we booked a sea view suit and were passed off a room which was not what we booked. Then after a long discussion and showed the Agoda booking confirmation they relented and gave us what we had paid for. We stayed in room 703, I was then concerned to find what appeared to be a spy hole/ camera above the shower. There was a hatch on the wall for ventilation which you could see looked like a staff stairwell inaccessible to guests. I covered this with a plaster!!! Then I passed reception to hear a guest which turned out to be our adjoining neighbour had had £500 stolen from his room he too was here for surgery and they must know us foreigners carry large sums of cash for payment his safe was faulty and the reception staff refused to reimburse him for his loss. We declined room cleaning for our stay and chose to do it ourselves in case it happened to us. Breakfast was not to westerners taste and not much to choose from. I would not recommend this hotel, only plus point was its location as it’s close to konak square!
