  Ok but not the best customer service

  An average hotel for its class. Situated at the old town end of the corniche at least means that taxis are cheaper. As the corniche is very long and very busy the glitzy end is very far away. There’s not much available at the hotel end but you can walk as far as Saedi Fish restaurant which is a must for a great experience and seafood with a view of the sea. At the hotel the buffet breakfast is generally varied with local and European options. However it runs out quickly and they are very slow to replace items so you can end up going without. We had to ask for our room to be made up every day. This wasn’t standard. Unfortunately we had two sleepless nights at the weekend due to loud parties going on somewhere near and no soundproofing. Even earplugs didn’t work as the beat went on until after 02.00

  The Crown Town Hotel is an absolutely lovely hotel with lots of parking, kind staff, great food and wonderful devote. Our stay was relaxing and quiet which is just how we like it. We felt we weren’t too far from everything and if you rent a car, getting to places from this location is easy. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

  The hotel itself is very decent for the price. Comfortable and is within the expectations set by the online pics. Meaning the hotel pics are a fair representation of the actual hotel.However the room was not serviced upon my return at the end of the day. The man in reception named Mustaqim was extremely rude and did not even offer an apology. Not sure how he got a job in the hospitality industry with such poor people skills.

  The management of the hotel is a shame not only to their own name but also to their family and their country. After one night I was informed that my reservation was cancelled since i hadn’t paid the full amout in advance. Then I was presented a lot of ridicoulous reasons why I was cancelled. Since it was during the Formula One weekend I can just assume that they traded my room to a better price then my pre-booked price.I left the hotel directly and took in to a hotel with decent and honest people …

  Worst hotel ever

  Do not visit.Hotel is in the middle of no where. Food in the hotel was disgusting. Ordered room service and the fish that I ordered was slimy. When complained their reply was...that is how fish is...slimy??Bathroom looked like it hadn't been renovated since the 80's.Definitely will not visit again
