  I have tried many hotels in Dubai but your hotel was excellent. It will definitely be the next choice for me and my family as well as my friends. treatment with all guests regardless of nationality is excellent and this is a very positive point for this collection. Special thanks miss kung a for her kindness and hospitality. The only weakness is the pool complex. Please increase the facilities of the pool.   Not a bad one but could be a better we assume. Maybe because of beginning of the season it’s not well taken care of. There was a weird smell at hallway. Shower tap was broken and breakfast was indeed weak and salt/pepper tools was dirty, there was a hair on it. But the workes there were definetely nice, warm and kind people!

  Let me start off by saying that if you are looking for a well-priced, perfectly located, beautiful boutique hotel in Alaçatı, then definitely go for CASSİOPEİA! I’m going to share our experience of our one week stay at this charming hotel, considering the fact that we looked into dozens of hotels in our budget (below 100 USD/night) prior to our trip and we’re really happy that we chose this one. First of all, this place’s location is perfect; all you need is within walking distance. Unless you want to go to Çeşme or some beaches like Ilıca, you won’t need a car. While staying there, we were lucky enough to meet the owner himself, who was very friendly and caring. I remember the first night of our stay, it was heavily raining so we weren’t able to go out, and we were so hungry. Although the kitchen was working until 6 p.m., as soon as he found out that we were extremely hungry, he asked the kitchen staff (whom I guess were sleeping at that time) to cook us some food for dinner. The breakfasts by the pool are very delicious and fulfilling. Let me also mention that there is this very talented young violinist named Eren Ekici who plays there twice a week by the swimming pool which makes the mornings experience even more pleasant and enjoyable.The rooms are clean, enough facilities are provided but one important thing you should know and was among our concerns before going there is that (still, at the time of this review), on booking.com it has been mistakenly mentioned that this place does not have any internet access, which is not true! A decent WiFi connection is available almost everywhere in the property. Finally, about the staff, they were all amazing and helpful, but among all, Meryem the lady in charge of housekeeping and Ahmet the cook, were the stars. They always welcomed us with open arms. Every time Meryem tried to provide anything we asked for and Ahmet, since he was the only one capable of some communication in English, he provided much good information while being very warm and friendly.All in all, our feeling was that, everyone at this place are wholeheartedly willing to make sure you have an enjoyable stay and great experience while staying in Alaçatı. We are definitely looking forward to going back to Alaçatı and we are already sure that our choice of accommodation will be CASSİOPEİA again.

  Really lovely small hotel. The owners are great and very helpful. Lots of attention to detail and truly one the best places we have stayed! Walking distance to everything and a great little pool if you want to relax for the day. Defo book here!   Very helpful staff, nice breakfast and unique rooms

  The staff are very kind and helpful, the room is nicely decorated but there was no chair or sofa for putting on shoes..wifi was slightly slow, but the pool was nice for shelling out and there is a lot of attention to details in this hotel and the overall atmosphere is nice and quite.Breakfast is nice but there is no change in the plates, so after some days it becomes boring unless u decide to add some $$ for eggs or other options.Highly recommended 🌹 CassiopeiaOtel, Sahibi at Cassiopeia Hotel Alacati, responded to this review Thanks for your comments
