Location

Situated in a quiet part of the old town, this eco-hotel is ideal for parents with children. It is located approximately 7 km from the centre of Seferihisar/Izmir. The nearest shops are about 1.5 km away.

Facility

The bungalow complex was modernised in 2024. A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 478 apartments. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel doctor. 2 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (no extra charge). In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. Most units have a sea view. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A telephone and a TV are provided as well. Guests can also make use of the cleaning service on departure. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a baby bath. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can take an invigorating dip in the outdoor pool area (no extra charge). There is a children's swimming area with 2 pools as well. A waterslide guarantees plenty of fun for young and old, and the pool bar provides sustenance and refreshing drinks. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball, Nordic walking and jogging. With water aerobics or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, sailing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a spa, massage treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage, are offered for a fee. Third-party operators offer a spa, a sauna, hammam, massage treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and a dinner à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, halal food and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. Guests can request baby food free of charge. The complex also offers snacks. For guests, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as international brands are included.

    Fun hotel, food was very delicious but during our five day stay we did not get to experience the Asia night and Akdeniz night. That was sad. And events at the bar were fun but too loud. Lower the volume please. Great service from waiter Nurettin. He was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.     Not a luxury 5-star - more like a basic village resort

    I chose Club Resort Atlantis because it’s advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in my experience it isn’t. We had standard rooms at first and after the first night I complained that the rooms were very basic and not comfortable at all—far from the level of luxury I’d expect from a 5-star. We were offered an upgrade to the newer family rooms, but only with an upcharge, which seems to align with other reviews I’ve seen.The hotel’s response was that it’s not a luxury 5-star, the concept is more about peaceful surroundings and a village-style atmosphere. That’s fine in principle, but even then some basics were missing which they can easily address to elevate our experience e.g.no table service anywhere during our stay. The all-inclusive drinks were extremely limited (e.g. no whiskey option) and the spirits were cheap brands. Small details added up, something silly like very cheap toilet paper is noticeable and overall it felt like cost-cutting and squeezing the most out of their guests.On the positive side, the food selection was good and well prepared and staff were friendly and courteous. I appreciate it was the end of the season, but we feel all services should still be available for paying guests. If you’re booking for genuine 5-star comfort and service, you will be disappointed. If you want a quiet, basic, self-service resort, it might suit you. I wouldn’t return unless all the rooms were upgraded without an extra fee and the service/all inclusive drinks offering improved.     Amazing for families with kids

    We went for a week - 3 adults and 2 kids. The staff was friendly and attentive. Beautiful gardens and location - just walking in the area is a pleasure. The food was delicious anda lot to choose from . I have to give extra points to the animation team. They really do a great job. Our daughters loved the minidisco and other activities. The only downside was that the room was a bit too small for us ( not a big deal but could be a bit more spacious ). Overally recommend for a family stay.     disappointing stay – nowhere near five-star quality.The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Food was repetitive, low quality, and often removed before we’d finished eating. When it rained, the dining area leaked, and guests had to eat in the bar or reception.Our “upgraded” room was uncomfortable and unsafe — rock-hard beds, broken electrical sockets, a filthy bathroom, and cheap toiletries. The spa was unprofessional, cold, and offered no privacy. Towels used for mopping rainwater were the same ones guests were expected to use by the pool.Late checkout was €75 for just three hours, the luggage room was unsecured, and staff refused to collect bags in the rain. The only positive was the garden staff, who clearly cared about their work.I’ve travelled throughout Türkiye for over 16 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. This hotel is not five-star by any standard.
